5 starsThis is the 2nd experience I have had with ShelterLogic. Like the first it was without a problem. Christina D****** Was cheerful, treated me with respect, and was helpful in replacing my missing part. My first ShelterLogic lasted 13 years in the great north weather before it gave out. Did dream that it would serve me well for that long. That is why I am a returning customer and wanted to report my positive experience with this customer service employee

5 starsCustomer Service is fantastic! When I received my Shelter Logic garage, the box was damaged and parts were missing; most likely the result of the shipping company. I called Customer Service twice, not realizing the first time everything that was missing. I received all the parts needed to assemble the garage. Unfortunately 4 days after putting it up, a wind storm came through and flattened it. I didn't know there was a warranty available until I contacted customer service a number of months later and the wonderful customer service rep, Lee Ann, let me know about the warranty form that I could complete and she helped me identify all of the parts I would need to reassemble the garage. Customer service responds quickly and efficiently and are very knowledgeable! Crossing my fingers that the warranty will help with the parts to reassemble my garage.Review fromNancy F
