5 starsWhen I contacted Shelter Logic, the associate that provided me with information was thorough and polite. I felt like Christina D****** took the time to really explain my options. She was patient with me while we considered our options, and once we made that decision, our warranty order was processed without any further delay. 5 starsI recently received a metal car canopy. Unfortunately, one of the boxes of roofing material had been runover by the shippers forklift. I called Shelter Logic and talked to Lee Ann who helped me get some new material coming and gave me information to give to the shipper. The way things are going in this country, it's nice to find someone who cares. Thank you!ShelterLogic Corp.
