5 starsI called ShelterLogic to get the size of a tent that has to be at least 10 years old. Christina D. did not hesitate to look up the frame number she informed me right away that this was an older model and may not be in the system but not to worry because she knew another way to look up older models. While we waited to for the system to pull up the older models she went above and beyond to let me know of verified places that I could order replacement parts for my type. Now a days people come to work but do not want to work. I am happy that I got Christina and she was more than willing to assist.ShelterLogic Corp.

5 starsWords cannot describe the great customer service provided when I called Shelter Logic for replacement parts because the wind trashed my garage. They have gone above and beyond and when UPS damaged my parts in route, Shelter Logic got replacement ones out immediately.Review fromdonna H

1 starCrappy product. Warranty sucks. No return email or call back. My husband contacted shelter logics 6 mths ago. Complaint was we tried to return product or have product fixed. We were told *** ******* ** did not accept liability as items purchased thru *** ****** during COVID could not be returned we had to deal with shelter logics for warranty. Mu husband emailed & called and low and behold no answer as yet and it's only been 6 months waiting for your company to contact us. There are pinholes and now the product is degrading with holes everywhere. My husband is storing products for the winter but must now put a green tarp on to protect contents. This issue should have been dealt with in an expedited manor. If *** sells the product and it is warrantied this matter should have been taken care of immediately. We should not have to run around trying to locate you and put in complaints and expect no follow up. I am sick and tired of companies who warrant their crap only to run out the clock so as to not deal with it in an expedited manor. We would like restitution or the next part of my complaint will be posted under you tube. I would appreciate a call back.ShelterLogic Corp.

5 starsI had an issue with some merchandise and was referred back to the manufacturer. Very helpful folks replaced the merch and also were kind to enough to cover the shipping, a not-insubstantial cost. Good customer service, Lynn M and others!ShelterLogic Corp.

5 starsWe purchased 3 seperate auto shelters some time ago. Having built and utilized two for a few years now (4 years to be exact) we were putting one together for one of our daughters, and could not locate the manual for assembly. One quick and pleasant phone call to Shelter Logic put us in touch with Christina D. She was so pleasant, responsive and efficient with addressing things and wasted no time in determining which manual was required, and emailing us a copy within 10 minutes. I don't very often wright reviews...however, this level of service, accompanied by such a pleasant attitude should be recognized. Thank you Christina.ShelterLogic Corp.
