    Crappy product. Warranty sucks. No return email or call back. My husband contacted shelter logics 6 mths ago. Complaint was we tried to return product or have product fixed. We were told *** ******* ** did not accept liability as items purchased thru *** ****** during COVID could not be returned we had to deal with shelter logics for warranty. Mu husband emailed & called and low and behold no answer as yet and it's only been 6 months waiting for your company to contact us. There are pinholes and now the product is degrading with holes everywhere. My husband is storing products for the winter but must now put a green tarp on to protect contents. This issue should have been dealt with in an expedited manor. If *** sells the product and it is warrantied this matter should have been taken care of immediately. We should not have to run around trying to locate you and put in complaints and expect no follow up. I am sick and tired of companies who warrant their crap only to run out the clock so as to not deal with it in an expedited manor. We would like restitution or the next part of my complaint will be posted under you tube. I would appreciate a call back.

    We purchased 3 seperate auto shelters some time ago. Having built and utilized two for a few years now (4 years to be exact) we were putting one together for one of our daughters, and could not locate the manual for assembly. One quick and pleasant phone call to Shelter Logic put us in touch with Christina D. She was so pleasant, responsive and efficient with addressing things and wasted no time in determining which manual was required, and emailing us a copy within 10 minutes. I don't very often wright reviews...however, this level of service, accompanied by such a pleasant attitude should be recognized. Thank you Christina.

    My experience was good at first but has turned into a nightmare! I had ordered some replacement roof panels for my hardtop gazebo. The package was shipped 3 weeks later only to be automatically returned to the warehouse due to shipping damage. Ok... Customer service helped me make another replacement order, but now its been nearly 8 weeks since the second order and I still have not received the materials. Meanwhile, customer service keeps telling me they are looking into it but then never gives me a response, despite taking payment from me. What is going on???
    Sure they may be helpful at first, but if something happens to your order you are in for a very frustrating experience.

    Hello all, I dealt with Christina today and she was great! Fixed an issue on my account, put in my order, e-mailed me all the information on my purchase in a very timely fashion, excellent, 5 stars, thank you!
    Now if the shipping timing was even close to how Christina did her job, I would be really happy. I am talking about a 14 to 15 hour drive from my home and it is estimated up to 3 weeks for delivery, this is leaving a slightly sour taste with this aspect of my purchase, 2 stars.

    When we purchased a shelter logic garage online, it came to us within a reasonable amount of time, but when we started to assemble it there was no manual. I called on a Sunday and talked to Lee Ann. She was friendly, professional and proficient. She immediately emailed the instruction manual to me and answered all my questions. I was so surprised to reach a live person via phone on Sunday, but even more pleased to receive such outstanding service while on the phone with her. Thank you ShelterLogic for a great product and great customer service.

    My canopy literally flew away.luckily a tree stop it and it did avoid me biggest and further problems. It is not well made.there is no holes drill in the bottom post in order to put screw with bolts and fix it to bases.only provide 4 sticks for each corners.no sticks for the 4 middle posts..I bought 2 others canopy from ******. Never had any problems

    G morning. I send you a register letter From ****** telling you about my ordeal .i also put the warranty form along. I believe i bought your product at ****** ******* .my wife called And i also send you a e-mail. Never got a return. Just Now because I did contacted BBB. I did dismantled the canopy And I cannot use it
    I Need to buy more strass And drill the post in order to put screws And bolts. Plus it has been damaged. This product is no well design. That could have been worst With injury's that is unacceptable. I can send you Back the canopy and i would appreciate a refund.
