5 starsI needed to replace pipe brackets that had become grotesquely misshapen when winter winds shred the initial cover on a ShelterLogic Shed-in-a-box installation. While a replacement cover and various installation hardware are readily available through any of the multiple parts sources to be found on the internet the brackets are apparently not. I contacted ShelterLogic directly via the internet and was very pleasantly surprised by Customer Service Representative Lynn M*****. She addressed my needs in very short order and arranged for me to get the brackets via UPS within two days. I'm frankly not accustomed to such a positive response now-a-days. Kudos to Lynn M******ShelterLogic Corp.

5 starsI needed replacement canopy hooks for my ***** ********** gazebo. ShelterLogic is the only place I could find them. And that is thanks to Lynn in Customer Service. She went all the way in helping me. I am beyond happy with this purchase and recommend them highly. And in particular Lynn M. herself.

5 starsThe Zipper on one side of the front panel of my Shelter Logic 10x12 Shelter came apart and I contacted Shelter Logic to purchase a new panel. I was assisted by Lynn M***** who went above and beyond to make sure that I received the correct panel for my shelter. Lynn was extremely patient and professional. 5 starsHad a warranty issue with a beach chair and John, the representative that handled my claim, could not have been more helpful.
