5 starsI required some replacement parts for my ShelterLogic frame. I received notice that the one piece was no longer available. When I responded them that my shed was only five years old the person handling my order did some more research and was able to secure the part for me.ShelterLogic Corp.

1 starBought one of their products ( a ***** ****** ***** ***** * recently which was not constructed properly, the imprint on the chair was not sealed correctly. The first time I used the chair the imprint stained, ruined a brand new shirt. I returned the chair immediately and contacted ShelterLogic for restitution for the damaged shirt. Sent pictures and receipt for the shirt and was told they would not help in anyway. The issue was clearly due to poor manufacturing and ShelterLogic is not standing by their product.ShelterLogic Corp.

Hi,
Thanks for the response but that is exactly what I have done numerous times ( contacted your customer service and spoke with multiple representatives) and you offered no solution at all. You are not standing by your product and in no way are you helping me find a resolution. I will call one more time and see if anything has improved.

5 starsSuch an amazing crew to work with I had warranty issue they replaced item but the item i selected came and wasn’t what I thought it was and they accommodated me ! This shows they care about customer service over anything ! In this industry this means a lotShelterLogic Corp.
