    I have the Monarch Canopy and absolutely love it. The downside was the replacement tarp has been hard to obtain. I emailed shelterlogic asking about a replacement tarp and they contacted me when they were available. I just completed my order and two of them are on their way. Thank you Shelterlogic :)

    I recently had the pleasure of speaking with John Rogers when I contacted Shelter Logic to discuss a problem with a product I purchased. John was timely, thorough, detail oriented throughout the entirety of our conversation. Most importantly, John solved my problem in the best way possible. John stood by the product and stood for the company's reputation when he offered to replace the damaged product at no charge to me. This was the response I hoped for, but did not expect to receive. I was happily surprised. I appreciate John's willingness to help, and Shelter Logic's willingness to stand by their product. This is why I continue to purchase their products.

    The Agent, Lynn M, was very helpful. I was looking for a more durable cover for a 12' x 20' x 8' Garage in a box. Lynn told me about the options via email and helped set up the order once I made a decision on my purchase. The original fabric is starting to tear a little after 1.5 years in Wisconsin (2 winters).
