I placed an online order for 3 separate deliveries.
Delivery 1 was delivered, but in the complete wrong color scheme. I ordered pink and purple flowers and they were sent yellow. They also left the delivery unattended while the recipient wasn’t home. I was never given any delivery timeframe beforehand with any of the deliveries. I was very disappointed in the arrangement, but it at least showed up.
Delivery 2 was going to a recipient out of state and in another time zone, so I wasn’t too worried about it not getting delivered yet. I got an email around 6pm est that it was delivered. It was not. We have no idea where the delivery is, there’s no photos of where it was left or anything.
Delivery 3 was going to a recipient in the same town as delivery 1. I was waiting all day for it to be delivered. I got an email around 7pm it was delivered. It was not.
2 out of 3 deliveries were incorrectly delivered, presumably to an incorrect address- or left unattended and maybe stolen? We have no idea. Delivery 3 has front door cameras and can confirm no delivery ever made it to the address.
I have been chatting with the “customer service” and am astounded at how horrific it is. They have no idea where the deliveries could possibly be and are no help at all. I asked if we could do a redelivery and was not given an answer. I asked for a refund and was ignored. The only thing the representative could say was that I could have 20% off a future order and then $15 off a future order. That is not helpful. I want my recipients to receive their deliveries. Why in earth would I place another order when the first set was unfulfilled? This is my first experience with this company and I am NOT happy.
I’m going to have to dispute the charge if I don’t hear back from someone in a timely manner. This is so upsetting. Please make it right. A coupon is not a solution. A redelivery (like… tomorrow) or a refund, or both is the only thing I’m willing to accept.

Flowers were delivered a day late.
I ordered flowers for my wife on May 7th for the amount of $72.08 to be delivered on May 9th. The order did not come on May 9th so I reached out and let “fromyouflowers***** customer service know that afternoon. I asked that they reschedule the delivery for early morning on May 10th and got a prompt response apologizing and saying they would take care of the issue. I followed up again mid morning when she still had not received them and got a prompt response again assuring me they would resolve the issue right away. I followed up again after 1pm when she still had not received them. The flowers finally arrived after 3pm. The flowers were aesthetically pleasing but they were not as they were represented on the website, especially factoring in the “premium” up charge. I let customer service know of the issue and was offered a discount of $16.71. I let customer service know that was acceptable for the quality of the flowers I received but I also asked that they refunded the “service charge” as well as the delivery was late twice. I was offered a $10 gift card which I respectfully declined as I will not chance another late delivery for future orders.

I ordered a product to be sent for mothers Day. When I finished placing the order, it was too late, there was an extra service charge of $14. I attempted to contact customer service 4 times, but each time the connection was so bad or the language barrier was so bad that I could not talk to anyone. this is not transparent practice to begin with and not being able to communicate is even worse.

From You Flowers advertised a specific bouquet as available for delivery on 5/14/23. Shortly after placing my order, I was informed that this bouquet was not actually available for delivery on 5/14/23. After contacting customer service, the agent walked me through the process of using their website to identify alternative bouquets that are available to be delivered on 5/14/23. After selecting another option that was listed as available on the website, the agent told me that this bouquet is also not available for delivery on 5/14/23. This means that this company is knowingly falsely advertising delivery dates to lure consumers into purchasing bouquets that cannot truly be delivered on the advertised delivery date. This practice was acknowledged during my phone call with customer service.
Resolution: My original order had been cancelled and I have placed a new order.
This practice needs to be addressed and altered. This is not only unethical, but it is illegal.

On 5/7/23 I placed an order or flowers in the amount of $78.64 for my mom due to the death of my sister a few weeks prior. The site said delivery was guaranteed. Delivery date was 5/9/23, but the flowers never arrived. I called twice only to be told they would be delivered the following day. I was disappointed and asked for a discount. I ordered the Charming Garden of Love, which is a keepsake arrangement and a box of chocolates. What was delivered was a vase of fresh flowers and chocolate. I spent $102.45 and they only credited me $17.93 after I complained. What I ordered and what was delivered were not even close to each other. Be careful!

I placed a flower delivery order for my bear friend whose mom just passed and grandmother two months before. I choose this company because of the same day delivery of the particular flower I wanted to send a peace lily. I also paid for expedited shipping to guarantee same day delivery and placed my order before 12pm. Whenever I checked the status online it said florist was arranging order. I get a call that says fraud alert on my ID at close to 630 pm or 7 which is way past most delivery times and I answer and it is this company asking me to tell them the address. Due to me seeing fraud I made them tell me what address they had and it is 100% correct. The man on the phone went on to say what was the house number because the florist claimed they couldn’t find her house. I told him it’s the number in front of the street I gave them. This is a residential neighborhood not an apartment complex and common sense tells you if it’s *** ******** ***** *** ***** ****** ** **** The customer service rep claimed he would contact the florist and I did not hear anything back. At this point I am wondering if this company is even legit because it did seem suspect they wanted your card info entered before the delivery information. That usually is asked for after verifying your order is correct. I really wanted to surprise my friend and this company ruined that and failed me! I know I should have just did *********** like I usually do and just wait for her to receive it from there on Wednesday. I am very dissatisfied and the company has poor communication skills. Again it’s making me wonder if this company is legit and if they use legit florists!

I made an order and at the end of the day it was to be delivered I was informed it wouldn’t arrive till the next day. I asked for , and there customer service agent approved, a 50% refund of the total amount. On top of the delivery issue what they delivered was not what I ordered. It was missing flowers and clearly not the ‘premium’ version. What was in the picture and what was delivered did not match at all. It wasn’t even close.
I emailed them about the 50% refund and told them that what they delivered was not what I ordered and they refused to refund me the 50% of the total paid like they promised. I want the 50% refund of the total paid as promised

I ordered a balloon bouquet, teddy bear and chocolates to be delivered and my family member never received. I contacted customer service numerous times afterwards they promised to delivery on a new day with an upgrade. The second delivery was never delivered either.
