On June 28th 2025 at 8:00 a.m. I placed an order for flowers to my mother with expedited delivery which means within 4 hours. By a little after 1:00 p.m. the flowers had yet to be delivered so I called the business they informed me that the flowers had yet to be delivered but they would be done ASAP with still an unknown estimated delivery time I waited. By 4:00 the flowers still had yet to be delivered so I called back they still did not have an estimated delivery time by almost 7:00 p.m. the flowers still have yet to be delivered the day is almost over it will no longer be my mother's birthday and now when I track the order it says that they won't be delivered until Monday this is 2 days later when the order was placed for same-day delivery with an additional feet of expedited meaning within 4 hoursBusiness Response

I ordered a flower arrangement for my mother-in-law's birthday through SendFlowers**** for same-day delivery, on 6/17/2024 for $54.84. They did not deliver the bouquet on that day and did not contact me until late in the afternoon to tell me they were going to deliver it the following day. The next day, which is today, I received a voicemail informing me that they will deliver it tomorrow. I called their customer service line to express my dissatisfaction with their service and the rep informed me that the bouquet was to be delivered today. In almost an instant, while I was on the phone with her, I received an email that they are delaying again. At that point, I became very frustrated with them and asked to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor informed me that the flowers would be delivered in 40 minutes at that point. I asked to remain on the line while he contacted the florist. It has been hours and the flowers are still not with the recipient. They kept emailing me that they were checking with the florist on the delivery schedule. I called their customer service again and asked for another supervisor who sounded like a broken record reading the same script over and over and did not provide me with a resolution. Every person I emailed and spoke on the phone with kept beating around the bush. I demanded the flowers be delivered today and be refunded the entire amount to make up for their shady business practices. The flowers were still not delivered and did not see my refund back. I believe they are a fraudulent business that should be shut down. This morning I read only bad 1-star reviews online about them, which reinforces my belief that they are shady. The bouquet was supposed to be a surprise and they ruined it. Please look into their shady business practices because they are scamming people.Business Response

Ordered flowers for my daughter in-laws birthday. They keep delaying the order, ensuring delivery, then making excuses to not deliver it!! 3 days in a row. Her birthday has long passed and I feel like the worst mom in law on the planet. This company shouldn’t be in business! They keep telling me well. The florist isn’t open on this day. There’s probably 10 floors in the town where she lives. I have been incustomer service all my life. I have never dealt with something like this. It’s total 100% ridiculous. This business should be shut down. I can’t they’re taking peoples money. It didn’t take long to take the money!!Business Response

In March, 2025, we responded to an email offer from From You Flowers, which repeatedly offered 25% off AND Free Delivery For Life; it says, “ Buy today & SAVE 25%* SITEWIDE
plus earn free delivery for life!”. We clicked through and placed an order, and expected that the free delivery for life would apply to future orders.
Today, 6/11/25, we tried to order another flower delivery, and tried to find the free delivery benefit that we should have access to. We tried to contact a customer service representative, as they advertise 24/7 customer service. I waited, a generic automated response arrived, saying that someone would respond soon. After no response, I asked if I should go ahead and complete our new order, as it’s a bit time-sensitive, (for a death in family,) and that From You Flowers would figure out how to access my free delivery benefit and refund my credit card.
Illogical response said they could not find my order. I asked again if I should go ahead and place order, then give order#, to receive refund. Back and forth, nothing to address the free delivery for life. Last response said they might offer future deals, and sorry for inconvenience. Still no response to free delivery for life issue. The old bait and switch tactic.Business Response

I ordered the faithful guardian bouquet to be delivered on 5/26/25. The pictures showed that the deluxe bouquet was bigger and had more flowers, so I paid extra for that since it was sympathy for a death in the family. The bouquet that was delivered looked nothing like the picture and was much smaller than the one depicted. Yet I was still charged for the full price. When I asked for a refund all that was offered was a discount on my next order. The bouquet was not near what was expected and extremely disappointing especially with what was charged.Business Response

False advertisement. I purchased according to the picture presented and what my mother received was no where near what I ordered. I was only compensated $10 for their neglect. I want the other $55 AND they were a day late. Delivery was to be on May 9. They were received May 10Business Response

I had ordered funeral flowers through this company. They waited until 15 minutes before the funeral to email me and let me know they were unable to find a florist. I called and asked for a supervisor and kept getting hung up on and sent to a different receptionist. I ordered a sympathy bonsai online, which was to be delivered 5/31 with a coupon for free 14.99 delivery & the product was discounted by the website to $59.99 from $74.99.
When I saw the order that was placed. I received $7.50 off of the 74.99 and was charged $14.99 for delivery on 6/3.
I immediately contacted customer service to cancel/update the order, but customer service said they could not resolve the issue because the order was already being packed for delivery. I was overcharged & am skeptical about shipping on a love plant that takes 5 days for delivery. I am asking that I am correctly charged the price provided before payment was submitted.Business Response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.However, the company’s response makes it seem that I didn’t understand that the website only applied 10%. The company has failed to understand that the website did not honor their own listed price at 20% off or free shipping code. They did apologize although, it just loses all significance when they are still ultimately blaming me for their error. I didn’t expect a 20% off price to be only 10% off at checkout. I didn’t need the explanation about how 10% = 10% when it was supposed to be 20%.

I ordered this Flowers for my Sister's Birthday which was today 5/28, they never got Delivered
due to not having enough delivery employees, which would have been good to know in the beginning but that was not the case talk about buyers remorse. I've learned my lesson with company for sure, I do not recommended them at all. They as a Company should have informed
any Potential & Current Customers they were short some delivery employees Period.
