    ******* absolutely sucks!!!! Worst phone carrier on earth . If you do business with them, then you deserve the customer ********************** that you will get.

    They offered a $200 rebate after 3 months of service and when they have to send you the code to process the rebate they ask for a bill from the previous carrier. Case # ********.

    My service never worked! I had this service for a week, and it never worked. The first day when I, myself activated it my phone worked but the watch did not. I contacted them to see if there was something they could do. The rep stated that my activation was done improperly and that she would have to do some provisioning to the account. While doing that she somehow changed my phone number from the one I ported in. The rep told me she in fact did not do that even though i literally received an email stating otherwise. She then states that it was a system glitch after "speaking to a special team member". She stated she placed a service order in to have it fixed. The next morning i wake to my phone in SOS mode and i have a very dangerous job so having a phone is super important. I had to get on my computer at work to get it fixed and was told there was nothing that could be done until the service request was completed. I requested to get a refund and was told I had to cancel my service completely and I would lose my number forever if i did. I requested a supervisor. I literally asked 12 TIMES before he finally transferred me. 12 TIMES! the supervisor was able to get my txt and data back but no one could call me, they were being sent straight to vm. For a week I was told to reset my network settings and now I know that is because after a week they cannot give you a refund and had the nerve to say they would give me a $10 CREDIT for a service I can't even use it for now because I cancelled them. They also lied and said they couldnt even process a refund until after the service was cancelled and now they cant process one at all. I had this service for a total of 7 days and never once had fully working service. Never and I repeat NEVER use Visible wireless they are scam artists. I will be contacting my bank for the refund.

    No customer **********************. Phone broke and can't get shipping address changed as we moved. Talked to 4 different agents thru chat as that is only way to contact them. They assured me it would be taken care of. NOT!!!! They want to send text to broke phone with code!!!!!

    I lost my phone & was unable to cancel my phone service. If you call their number you are told to go on a chat. The chat service doesnt allow you to cancel your subscription. It is all computerized. I had to send a letter and complain in person at my bank to get the subscription cancelled. I canceled the credit card, but ***** does not end subscriptions even if you cancel the credit card you put the subscription on. Its a big ******** spent $160 paying for a phone plan I could no longer use in addition to my new phone plan. I finally contacted the Attorney General of ********. I get that lower prices means less service, but no email or way to contact Visible except by mail, now that mail is not very reliable, is completely unacceptable. I plan to complain at the *** about ***** not canceling subscriptions if the the card is canceled. What was I supposed to do, pay for the rest of my life?

    According to Visible's online tool, my phone model (an iPhone SE 1st generation) was compatible with their service. Because of that, I switched to their carrier, having my current number transferred over. However, when I received the Visible sim card, it didn't work. After many hours on the help line, two sim cards, and five days of no service, Visible still had no solution. They finally determined that my phone was actually NOT compatible, despite the fact that their website claimed it was. Although they made a false claim that led to me being without service for five days (and beyond), they offered no remedy to the situation other than pushing me to buy a new phone through their company.

    Company will lie to your face and keep your money. My son's account was deactivated because he misspelled the email when trying to make his payment. Reached out to customer ********************** via chat and rep said that there I had to wait 1 hour and it will unlock. I said that will not work we needed to have access to his account now. Rep then said okay, waited about 30 seconds and then types "Okay, I made the changes just wait an hour to two and you'll be good". I asked how stupid he thought I was, he just told me to wait an hour, then he said he made changes to wait 1-2 hours. What changes did you make, exactly. The rep then refused to answer so I asked for a manager call back. DO NOT let them lie to you. They do have reps that can call they just go out their way to avoid doing so, even lie to you repeatedly. Rep lied again and said they have no phone support to which I informed him that I have had one call me back and rep stopped responding. Opened chat in my phone under my account. Explained to that rep that I needed a manager to call me back so that I can file a complaint on their rep and was told one would call back within the hours and that manager would be able to assist with my son's account. I wish I could upload the screen shots to prove beyond any shadow of a doubt that they will lie just to take your money. Hour passed manager never called. Opened chat and was told call back is pending and manager will be calling back soon. I have several screen shots of this lie over and over as well. Never got the call back I was promised, son's account is still deactivated and it is now the next morning. You DO NOT get ******* speeds or quality of service, you get 0 support from their customer **********************, 90% of the time I only get 4G even at work on base at ************** and I'd be lucky to have signal the entire time. I am porting my son's number out today and mine as soon as my bill is due. I STRONGLY encourage everyone to stay away from this company.

    If I could leave a 0 star I would. I started with visible last month in hopes to reduce my phone bill and have better coverage. Low and behold, my coverage at my place of employment is limited to talk and text. ZERO data coverage. I can't even check an email. I contact visible with hopes of getting this resolved. I contacted them within my refund date, but the assured me that they would be able to fix my coverage issues and told me they would escalate the issue to the next level. Well, I am now out of my refund date and I am 32 days short of having the phone unlocked so I can use the phone with a different provider. They refuse to refund me for the phone and refuse to provide any sort of customer ********************** even though I gave them the benefit of the doubt for MULTIPLE WEEKS. Well done, Visible. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!

    Customer ********************** could be good until confronted with their own legal terms and condition. I signed up to Visible on 4/5/23 as a new customer under the pretense of $25/mo with their new customer ********************** ($5 off from $30/mo plan). I also had a referral code which under their legal terms should qualify for a $20 (one time) discount. During the checkout/sign up process, there were a field for promo/referral to enter your code in. When I've entered the referral code, it applied the $20 discount correctly but there was no way to enter both the promo and referral code at the same time.I ask the agent why I can not enter the new customer (promo code) in addition to the referral code and my balance should be adjusted to what you're advertising on the main page of your website. They gave me a blanket response that I was on free two week trial (March 16) and I'm not eligible for both. Doesn't make any sense because I want to trial their service before becoming a "new" customer. I pointed out to the agent that their own legal terms and conditions even states that both should be eligible in combination, and the agent hung up on me via online chat. I thought I got disconnect and tried to enter chat again, only to find out they close the chat on me again.     I ordered a phone from visible and tried their service. At the time, I had wifi available for backup. Once I cancelled my wifi and other phone service, I was no longer able to get a signal inside of my home. I had to go outside to pull up the website to try and speak to someone. I wanted to get a return label for my $1100 phone that I would no longer use if I didnt have their service. I did a chat with three different people. The third guy finally told me that since I was on day 15 from when my phone order was placed (not from when I actually received the phone since I had only had it for 9 days) that he would need to escalate it to a supervisor since it was past the 14 day return policy. He said since I no longer had a signal in my home, he didnt think it would be a problem to get a return label for it. I received an email today stating that they denied my request to return my device. So now Im paying $1100 for a phone that I cant even use! Im making payments on it so I cant even transfer it to my other carrier and use it. Very poor customer ********************** since I had a signal and then didnt. Do not recommend visible to anyone!!
