  4 days trying to chat is ridiculous! I also tried ******** still no response. I am sorry I referred this company to any of my friends. My son was going to transfer to them ordered the phone, but now he just wants a return label because we can not get through. ******* you should be ashamed because this is your baby that you started. I hope someone do a class action law suit. I would give this company 0 stars very disappointed.

  Ive had this service for 2 years. I recently have been having dropped calls several times a day. I decided to get a new device, iPhone 14, from them in hopes it would fix the problem. The * sim, though, would not port over. I tried to message them, cause thats the only way you can get ahold of them, and was told hours later that they need to escalate the situation. Mind you, I was back and forth with them about ordering this phone from them for 2 days because there was a glitch on my account that wasnt allowing me. They told me it was going to take a day for someone to get back to me about it. I decided to leave the company and go to another carrier, but my * sim is locked on the phone by them, and I tried contacting them to get it unlocked, but now no response. All day without cell service and no response from them. Stay away from this company, the moment you have a problem, they are not there to help fix it.

  The service does not exist. I have waited for many evenings over 2 hours for the chat. They never answer the chat. No phone call and ******* that owns the company refers you back to them. Even if you go to the ******* store that cannot help.

  The service is pretty good, but the support is terrible. Almost impossible to reach out to their Support as it always show that they are busy.

  Can't send photos or gifs via sms. Ever. And occasionally have to try 3 or 4 times to get a long text sent

  My experience with Visible has been a nightmare. I spent an embarrassing about of time with their chat consultants trying to port my number. Originally the number was ported and working but reverted back to the temporary number and they could not seem to retrieve it again. The first consultant said she would assist with a refund, but she wanted to try a bit longer to get my number ported, I was booted from the chat before anything was resolved and each chat after was much of the same. I was booted from every chat before any issue was resolved as if it were a pattern. I was more than patient for 3 days and 10 hours of chats, each time I was booted from a chat it took 30 minutes to get back to a live chat consultant, and after I allowed them all that time to work it out, I finally said I just wanted to give up and have the refund. They said it was no longer available. They assured me I would receive a call from a specialist regarding the refund, but I did not receive that call. So, I had a phone for a very limited with a number that no one knew and no hope of getting my original number back. I saw on Reddit that many many people were having the same issue.
