1 starThis company either needs to go out of business or get some customer **********************. When you need help your basically screwed. There website has a lot of issues with checkout and nobody is there to help. They have some sort of text app that takes over 30 minutes to hear from someone. Once you do they act like they can help but are no help what so ever no matter who you talk with. They won't allow you to talk with a supervisor or someone who can actually resolve an issues. It's very sad to say the least. Something needs to change with how they help customers. Hopefully someone steps in and makes some serious changes with this company soon. Nobody should be operating at that level these days and find it to be acceptable.Review fromT.J.

1 starI signed up for their service and paid for my first month, but I could never connect to their ********* network. I worked with their customer ********************** three different times to try to resolve the issue. They blamed my old carrier ********** for my phones connection problem and eventually told me they had resolved the issue and that I should be able to connect to their network. After following all of the steps and recommendations, I was still unable to connect. After three days with no cellular service, I canceled my Visible service and went back to ********* I requested a refund for the the first months service fees I had paid, but was told I was not eligible for a refund since I canceled my service with Visible. This is one of those shady companies with horrible customer ********************** that is quick to charge you, then make it impossible to get your money back. 1 starOrdered a new phone and contacted them to cancel the order. Even though it hadnt shipped they claim I couldnt cancel an order. They advise that I refuse shipment. Which we did. Its been over a month. I have spent over 5 hours on chat with them. I have provided the return tracking number and still no refund. I financed the purchase through Affirm. They are seeking payment from me. Its over $1300.00. I called them and advised that I never took possession of the phone. They wont cancel the loan, until Visible notifies them. I am stuck between two companies that refuse to talk to each other. Every chat with Visible is vague with no true action. Find another company. Find one that actually has a phone contact. 4 starsI've had Visible for three months. Data services work great at night time. During the day calls and texts work fine but the data is sluggish. I bought a low-end phone so I'm sure that is part of the problem. For the price I pay it's a good deal.Review fromGregory H

1 starThe worst wireless provider on the planet. They do not have customer **********************. It is literally non-existent. They have no way to contact them by phone. They have no way to contact them by email. The only way to contact these lovely people is by waiting 2-3 hours in a "chat" then if you have any activation issues, the "customer ********************** agent" tells you that someone will reach out whenever they feel like it. They always will contact you in a way that makes it impossible to contact them. Your issues will not be resolved. They do not care about you. They have plenty of people who loves the cheap rates, they do not care if you leave. This company is a bait and switch. It is the classic example of "you get what you pay for" which is not much. 1 starI have been using Visible Wireless service for about a year now. I have been having consistent issues with their upgrade/trade in program. they claim that once a customer has paid "50%" of their affirm loan, the customer can trade in / upgrade their phone to a newer style. my issue was that my affirm loan showed I had paid more than 60% but my visible account showed I paid 0%. it took me literal MONTHS to get them to fix this error and they only fixed it when I mentioned that I wanted to spend more money with them and couldn't because their system error. suddenly. more than 2 months later and full 8hr days of correspondence with Visible customer **********************, it was fixed! then a new issue came up. Visible's account says I have a different phone than I actually have. i brought this to attention and Visible acted like they had never heard from me before, I was a brand new person that they hadn't been talking to ALL DAY for months on end. I had to resubmit "verification" over and over. sometimes 5 or 6 times in a few hours. they never pulled up past customer info for reference, or acted like they had any idea what was going on so I had to start from the beginning, over and over for 8-10hrs a day for months on end. it has now been 4 months and I still have this issue and I am tired of waiting for Visible Wireless to do the right thing and have accurate information on their accounts. I personally do not believe they ever will. additionally to the poor customer **********************, I consistently get dropped calls, or no calls when people are calling me, I don't get text messages when they are sent and I cannot send text messages without wifi and my data "unlimited" service goes out constantly. Visible claimed if I "restart" my phone this will stop. it has never stopped and I now have to restart my phone 5 to 10 times a day to make sure I'm not missing business calls for work. 1 starBought a phone and prepaid service last night. They send you a phone next day! Great! I got my phone this morning. I opened up the package downloaded app set up phone etc. then I tried to set up service to find out they sold me a European phone. I cannot use it. So I look to find a way to talk to a rep to return phone and get one for the us or return and get another service and phone someplace else. WELL THATS IMPOSSIBLE. Good luck talking to ANYONE. Then I look to try and find a way to return my phone and find the return policy it tells me I need to log in as a member to talk with an agent via computer to a member to get a shipping label and a receipt because you cannot return the device without these things. After trying ti find that portal for 15 min I finally log into a convo that tells me I need to wait due to high volume of ppl online talking. I wanted to see how long theyd make me wait- its been 6 hours now. I get the feeling no one is ever gonna be on the other end of my key board. So all in all I got scammed for ****** I got a used iPhone that is useless here in the states with a 40 dollar service that is useless cause I dont have a phone to connect it to.. 1 star4 days trying to chat is ridiculous! I also tried ******** still no response. I am sorry I referred this company to any of my friends. My son was going to transfer to them ordered the phone, but now he just wants a return label because we can not get through. ******* you should be ashamed because this is your baby that you started. 1 starIve had this service for 2 years. I recently have been having dropped calls several times a day. I decided to get a new device, iPhone 14, from them in hopes it would fix the problem. The * sim, though, would not port over. I tried to message them, cause thats the only way you can get ahold of them, and was told hours later that they need to escalate the situation. Mind you, I was back and forth with them about ordering this phone from them for 2 days because there was a glitch on my account that wasnt allowing me. They told me it was going to take a day for someone to get back to me about it. I decided to leave the company and go to another carrier, but my * sim is locked on the phone by them, and I tried contacting them to get it unlocked, but now no response. All day without cell service and no response from them. Stay away from this company, the moment you have a problem, they are not there to help fix it.
