1 starI've had visible since 9/22. Each month comes with a new & unexpected issue with my service: dropped calls, failure to receive calls, callers can't hear me or vice versa, SMS doesn't work for days at a time, then suddenly texts come in all at once. This isn't a phone issue because Whatsapp still works without wifi and doesn't experience any of the issues listed above.It took 2wks for my service to become remotely "reliable" after I switched to visible. They're capable of promptly emailing you regarding billing and 2-factor authentication, but when you try to redeem the $150 promotional gift card for 3months of continual service and on-time payments, they won't email you at all.If you look at the reviews on android & apple app stores, they have 3.5 stars because they're either paying people off to change their opinions or the reviews are written by bots. I thought I was tech-savvy enough to ameliorate the "do it yourself" aspect of visible's service agreement. If visible was a semi-decent company and not a scam artist, I still believe I could use it without too many issues. Unfortunately, that's not the case. ******* wireless needs to cut ties with visible if they want to remain reputable. ******* may benefit from cheating people out of what they're paying for. I could elaborate further on how disappointing visible is, but this business isn't worth wasting any more of my time.Review fromSumarani K

1 starI have ordered a new iPhone14 pro along with a new service from Visible. Shipment and Delivery was super fast. That's it, nothing else to feel happy about being with Visible. I was not able to activate my service and it says my service is on stand by. I tried to reach out to their customer **********************, we can reach them via chat only, no call in number. And worst thing is that you have to wait anywhere between 1hr to 2hrs to connect with their agent, chat sessions would get disconnect very frequently and you end up waiting another 1-2 hours to get hold of a new agent. They gave me a case number ******** on 12/01 and promised that issue would get resolved by EOD. whatsoever, I have not received any updates from them on 12/01 and since then I chat with them every day twice(morning and evening) to hear that they can't see what is happening on my case. The only response I get from them was someone would get back to me, and that never happens. I received one case update on 12/03 late night that they are working on my case would get it resolved within **** hours. Again, no updates on 12/04 and 12/05. On 12/06 they told issue is resolved and tried to activate my service. I can't believe that I still can't activate my service. I again reached out to their customer ********************** and they gave me a new case number # ******** and again same update that someone would reach out to me with an update. Never think about Visible unless they add more focus providing better service and better customer support.Review fromTony J

1 starSwitched to Visible on 11/29, canceled after 3 days and went with another carrier. This company was never able to initiate phone service and when I canceled, refused to give me a refund.Visible Wireless did not deliver, their practices are unethical, and customer ********************** is virtually non-existent.Do not use this company!!!Review fromMike G

1 starCould not order a phone as credit card was locked down on their site; tried another card but still couldn't place an order. Long chat wait and was advised issue would be resolved within ***** hours and customer svc would reach out via email. Asked if promo would still be valid and they said yes. No contact from cust. svc since and promo phone price went up and discount available went lower. If these are initial issues, can't imagine if there is an app or connectivity issue.Review fromDerek L

1 starHorrible consumer practices.Visible coerces you to join them by offering the promotional deals that offers a gift card of $100 upon 3 months of subsequent payments. However, when it comes to actually delivering that promise they use underhanded tactics to opt out of such promises. I signed up with a free trial (10 days) and apparently that comes with strings attached. By signing up for a free trial they say that I was not eligible for the $100 promo gift card. Due to multiple frustrations with how hard it has been to reach customer **********************, you'll likely see me porting out my number soon along with the rest of my family.Review fromDean S

3 starsBeen with Visible wireless for 16 months and have been pleased with the plan and pricing. I will say that customer care is slow/poor with long wait times in chat, last time for me was 45 minutes wait when last year 20 minutes was about normal. If you can get past the poor CS and have patience it is a good carrier run on the ******* network. There seems to have been improvements in data speeds during the daytime have not been deprioritized so much in the last few weeks so that is a plus. 1 starI've been with visible for about 2 years. I had my son join visible so our bills would be lower. My son was in need of a new phone and each time he went to order one his payment was not accepted. He kept putting it off. I was in need of a new phone this past Aug 2022 and he purchased my phone on my account with the same card that wouldn't accept his new phone payment and that he uses for his monthly bill payment which is on autopay. Recently the phone he wanted was on sale and once again it would not accept his payment. We tried on his account and on my account to no avail. I tried to purchase the phone on his account and my account with my card and still it would not process. I contacted customer ********************** and I was told a member reported my address but I wasn't told why my address was reported. I was also told my account was permanently on hold but that they couldn't give me any information as to why. I was told private and delicate information wasn't given out on chat. Chat is the only communication that the company has so that doesn't make sense along with the fact that it may account that they don't want to provide information on. I was told that I would receive a call from a supervisor in 30 mins to an hour and it's been over an hour and still no call. Then I was told the call would come in 1 to 3 hours, so once again customer ********************** and it's flaws. A member is the reason my address is blacklisted and why my account is on hold permanently but I can't know the details of why because they don't give that information over chat and they can't help me resolve the issue either. I was told to use a different address to make the purchase of the new phone and I find that so incompetent when a different address isn't my address and why would I want my new phone going to a different address other than my own. There was no problem in Aug when I ordered a new phone with this address and the phone was shipped without a problem. Now there's a problem. Shame on Visible.Review fromShijie F
