1 starI purchased iphone13 pro from visible for their $150 gift card promotion two months ago. When I place my order I start to talk with the customer ********************** every day almost half month. they always tell me cannot port in my number and they keep telling me "port could not be completed because your old service provider. Please contact your current service provider for further assistance" Then I contacted ******** and they told me there is nothing wrong with my number. So ******** tells me to ask Visible and Visible tells me to ask ********. I've been talking with ******** and Visible customer support every day but still got no result. It truly was mental abuse and I truly felt mentally abused. Then, visible cancelled my order without my knowledge. and I also ask for the explanation, no respond. Forced me to return the phone. I ask for help from Visible. The customer ********************** *** told me she can help me resolve it for me. She Due to a problem with their system, I couldn't log into my account at that time and they could operate in the background. She give me a new phone number and let me use it, she will deal with all the thing from their side. I also asked her several times to confirm if I could get the 150 gift card if I completed three payments, and the answer was yes every time. And I submitted the relevant screenshots. She told me just provide the case number #******** when I finish 3 payments. Today, I finished 3 payments and talk with customer **********************. They told me I can not get the gift card due to there is no port in from an eligible carrier, the promotion cannot be added. I think visible is fraud. They are cheating consumers. 1 starI changed my phone number on December 24, 2022. My services never connected with the new number provided to me. I reached out to customer ********************** multiple times about me not having service after my number was changed and no one could help me. I talked to another agent today, December 25, 2022 and the agent told me that I needed to wait another 24 hours and there was nothing he could do. I dont understand why I have to go an entire 48 hours without service when all I did was change my phone number. Its not right that I am having to still pay the full price for my phone bill when I havent even been able to use my services for almost two days now.Review fromJenni N.

1 starThis has been a shady experience, at best! My brand new iPhone couldn't receive phone calls for the first 2 days and of course there is no support with the company except through chat where they are nice but not knowledgeable enough for some of the problems they are faced with. When transferring my number over, it wouldn't allow me to choose anything but "other" so I was advised from their chat to choose other. Months later, I get notification that my promo is removed because I didn't port in a number from a participating carrier... Yes, I did as Metro PCS is listed. But they have repeatedly stated that I need to prove port (they ported for me) but Metro is a pre-paid plan and won't issue any kind of statement and say they can't give any info but port confirmation numbers (which I provided to Visible). Visible still refuses to honor the promos even after given that information. This was all very misleading and it just seems like an attempt to get out of giving its customers the promised promos. I will be changing carriers again if Visible is unable to honor their promo. Zero Stars!Review fromRichard P

1 starVisible customer ********************** is horrific. Here's why.I signed up two phone numbers. They were having a 15OFF promotion. $15 off for three months. According to instructions I thought I was supposed to enter the $15 off code or see some button to push during sign-up. I didn't see it. I contacted customer **********************. No phone only chat. It's time consuming & offers conflicting/wrong advice.The first agent told me to cancel my orders and redo them. Tried to figure out how but had questions. Contacted customer ********************** again. Asked how to cancel my existing orders but the agent suggested $15 off promo was available another way. He did something on his end, gave a case number & told me after the phones were activated - contact customer ********************** & the $15 off promo to both accounts would take effect.Perfect, right? NO! It never happened. They refuse to give me the full promo. I call for guidance, guidance is given, I followed the agent's instructions and have spent hours/days without any result. They blame me because I didn't enter the proper code? I made a mistake on sign-up but tried to correct it and now all they say is you didn't put the code in? No accountability for the bad guidance given by their agent. Terrible customer **********************. They know the day I signed up the promotion was available but refuse to give it because I followed their agents remedy? Really?1 more chat agent nightmare. I have an Iphone 6 --- can't update the ios software, Thus, can't get the Visible app, to activate my phone. Both phone numbers are ported from other company. Big problem. Chat with agent. agent tells me, they activate my phone without the app. I told agent - I don't believe you. Every time the agent claimed they couldn't activate my phone. I said, I don't believe you. Fortunately, The agent had tech call. No problem. Tech activated my phone. They offered to correct my bill for only one month but not 3? How stupid!Review fromJames L

1 starI've had visible since 9/22. Each month comes with a new & unexpected issue with my service: dropped calls, failure to receive calls, callers can't hear me or vice versa, SMS doesn't work for days at a time, then suddenly texts come in all at once. This isn't a phone issue because Whatsapp still works without wifi and doesn't experience any of the issues listed above.It took 2wks for my service to become remotely "reliable" after I switched to visible. They're capable of promptly emailing you regarding billing and 2-factor authentication, but when you try to redeem the $150 promotional gift card for 3months of continual service and on-time payments, they won't email you at all.If you look at the reviews on android & apple app stores, they have 3.5 stars because they're either paying people off to change their opinions or the reviews are written by bots. I thought I was tech-savvy enough to ameliorate the "do it yourself" aspect of visible's service agreement. If visible was a semi-decent company and not a scam artist, I still believe I could use it without too many issues. Unfortunately, that's not the case. ******* wireless needs to cut ties with visible if they want to remain reputable. ******* may benefit from cheating people out of what they're paying for. I could elaborate further on how disappointing visible is, but this business isn't worth wasting any more of my time.Review fromSumarani K

1 starI have ordered a new iPhone14 pro along with a new service from Visible. Shipment and Delivery was super fast. That's it, nothing else to feel happy about being with Visible. I was not able to activate my service and it says my service is on stand by. I tried to reach out to their customer **********************, we can reach them via chat only, no call in number. And worst thing is that you have to wait anywhere between 1hr to 2hrs to connect with their agent, chat sessions would get disconnect very frequently and you end up waiting another 1-2 hours to get hold of a new agent. They gave me a case number ******** on 12/01 and promised that issue would get resolved by EOD. whatsoever, I have not received any updates from them on 12/01 and since then I chat with them every day twice(morning and evening) to hear that they can't see what is happening on my case. The only response I get from them was someone would get back to me, and that never happens. I received one case update on 12/03 late night that they are working on my case would get it resolved within **** hours. Again, no updates on 12/04 and 12/05. On 12/06 they told issue is resolved and tried to activate my service. I can't believe that I still can't activate my service. I again reached out to their customer ********************** and they gave me a new case number # ******** and again same update that someone would reach out to me with an update. Never think about Visible unless they add more focus providing better service and better customer support.Review fromTony J

1 starSwitched to Visible on 11/29, canceled after 3 days and went with another carrier. This company was never able to initiate phone service and when I canceled, refused to give me a refund.Visible Wireless did not deliver, their practices are unethical, and customer ********************** is virtually non-existent.Do not use this company!!!Review fromMike G

1 starCould not order a phone as credit card was locked down on their site; tried another card but still couldn't place an order. Long chat wait and was advised issue would be resolved within ***** hours and customer svc would reach out via email. Asked if promo would still be valid and they said yes. No contact from cust. svc since and promo phone price went up and discount available went lower. If these are initial issues, can't imagine if there is an app or connectivity issue.Review fromDerek L

1 starThe live chat is useless. My service does not work at all, yet they are still billing me for service that I can't use. Visible better make this right for me, or I will proceed to file a complaint with the BBB. I feel like I am being scammed.
