    Don't do it! If you switch to Visible you are in for more pain than you can imagine. They have no way to clear up issues. When the one thing doesn't work customer ********************** keeps putting you through the same loop. You can only chat on line with zombies who really have no power to help you and they refuse to escalate the case so that it can get it figured out. I repeat they cannot help you they have no ability with the tools they have. They couldn't help you if they wanted to. But they keep telling you that they want you to have a good customer ********************** experience. I don't know how many hours you have to feel frustrated and helpless but if those are few do yourself a favor and find another carrier. Visible sucks!

    I signed up for Visible using the PayPal promotion that should have brought my bill from $30/mo down to $25/mo. In fact, my first bill was exactly $25. The problems with Visible's "customer **********************" started almost immediately. For whatever reason, that first day my service failed and when I contacted a rep, they said they would take care of it. Service came back, but I was then charged an additional $30. My guess is they made a mistake and more or less reset my account. The problem is that this partially broke my promotional $5 off per month. Fast forward 3 months and several days of attempting to get in touch with them via chat, reddit, ******** etc and they can't/won't fix the problem they created. I was sold $25/mo and they changed it to $30/mo with no ownership. They actually tried to blame PayPal on multiple occasions. ****** learned. Visible has been the single worst carrier I have ever dealt with. Went to US Mobile.

    I'm waiting for a sim card still after 24 days, 4 tries and over 15 hours spent chatting with ***** sounding assistants who pay little or no attention to what is actually being said and giving rote assurances that come to nothing. Customer ********************** has been absolutely maddening . And I still don't know if this last try will pan out. I am given an order # but no tracking # and just have to wait some days before it's clear whether or not yet again nothing has been sent or lo and behold, miraculously it actually arrives! I've asked for a tracking # with each order and they never give one. When I said I was contacting the BBB they got interested and sent me an email that they fixed my "plan change" and the issue has to do with them not sending my Sim card, NOT any plan change!!!

    I just signed up for Visible service, and other comments online about the service are correct. It's OK, but it's slower than ******* with ******* customers having preferential service during busy times.However, in order to sign up for the service, I had to give them the **** number from my old phone. That phone didn't work with Visible's service, so they promised to send me a Midnight phone for free. Nice...except that even after following all the instructions and shipping my old phone to them with their shipping label and within the time frame allowed, they charged me $100 for the new phone without notice or explanation. When I chatted online with a Visible rep about this, he could give no reason for this charge and said he would investigate. 12 hours later I got an email saying my request to reverse the charge was rejected. Again, there was no explanation. I feel that's shady.

    The company lure you in with gift card promotion, but they will never give it to you even though you meet all the requirements. Talked to several customer ********************** agents on this issue, and they all gave the promises saying no worry, you will receive it in no time. They are liars. And this is not a isolated case, as I can see many similar cases here. Stay away from them.

    Just don't!! Service is spotty. I didn't get all my txt or calls sometimes. Mostly, customer ********************** is THE WORST!!! There is no phone number you can call. It all has to be online chat. Their online chat agents are not helpful. Also, they disconnect from the chat if they aren't able to help you. I went through 4 agent. I ended up asking for a call back. The agent said he scheduled it. I never got my call. Get back on chat to find out the agent never scheduled it. Still never got my issue resolved. If you want to transfer your number to ******** DON'T! Just don't!!! I've never dealt with such a headache in my life!!! Still never got my phone number transferred. I spent several days and hours of the phone with ******* customer ********************** trying to help me. Never was able to transfer my number.

    The coverage map shows 5G across my neighborhood. ButI only get 4G LTE, and in one area there is no data reception at all.

    Messaging outage for over three days with no resolution. Visible Care bricked one of our phones trying to resolve Messaging issues. No resoution in sight when this review was written.

    I will give them zero stars if this allows me to submit. If I have to rate a 1, it isn't even worth that. I signed up in Jan. 2023 for the 1 year promotion at $15.00 instead of the regular $30. They have been billing me $30 for the past 2 months. I did get through on chat twice. First time, after going through the whole explanation, they dropped the chat so I had to start all over. Second time I got through, they promised to refund me the $15 per month and ensured I would only be billed that moving forward. No refund ever came and now when I try to get through on the chat, it times out and makes me start all over again without ever reaching an agent. Going to cancel the plan and fight costs through my credit card. Stay away!!
