    ***'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL STEAL YOU MONEY!!!! I TIRED USING THEIR SERVICE FOR LESS THAN 30MINS AND THEY TOLD ME TO PAY MORE MONEY TO UPGRAFE TO FASTER SERVICE AND I DID!!!! AND ITS DIDNT WORK!!! I ASKED TO CANCEL MY SERVICES THEY REFUSED TO ISSUE REFUND!!! SCAMMERS AND CROOKS!!!!!!!!

    Terrible coverage. They claim they are on ******* but don't tell you that only certain towers on ******* are provisioned for Visible use. I have terrible signal and SMS messaging does not work half the time. I get download error on incoming messages. Chatted with Visible customer ********************** and was told I would get better signal and service by switching to Visible+ premium. It's just a scam to get $10 more a month. With a new ******* 5g phone bought from Visible, I get download speeds of less than 4Mbps. Don't even get me started about activation problems and porting my number. That was a real stressful experience. Saving money means nothing if the service is terrible and customer ********************** is practically nonexistent.

    Visible by ******* -Visible uses Bait and Switch techniques with phone deals.-Visible does not log your customer ********************** chats. Per customer **********************, the link is false.-Long customer ********************** wait times.-Lack of procedure knowledge by customer ********************** personnel.-Shady tech practices: customer ********************** denied deletion of my account for 60 days.I located a great sale/deal for an iPhone at Visible.com. I began the sign up process online and the deal could not be applied at checkout. Multiple online chats and over the phone calls later, customer ********************** said the website was wrong and the offer was out of date. Further, they stated the link to download the online chats for my records was false/unavailable. Lastly, I requested my online registration to the site be deleted including all my personal and payment information. Multiple customer ********************** personnel denied my request (including several supervisors), stating the account would automatically be deleted after 60 days. I anonymized my personal data in order to protect my data and not allow the company to benefit from the data mining. Visible's business practices seem unethical and I hope others are cautious when they deal with this company.

    Twice I accessed my account in order to downgrade from the $45 Visible+ down to the basics visible to $30. They continue to charge me the $45 so I went into ******* and was presenting the issue with a machine or person I dont know, but the issue was not resolved. The chat bot asserted that my order didnt go through even though I sent screen shot of the confirmation number. so Im gonna look for a different service. Im done with with visible.One armed bandits they are.

    So I just got my new phone from Visible today. It will not charge, apparently the charging port is bad. I need a phone because I have an almost 90 year old mother who is in a nursing home and not in good health. I am her only family member. Visible doesn't care and says the phone has to be sent to ******* for them to look at,try to work on and then decide if it is a phone issue, leaving me without a much needed phone for only God knows how long. I have a roommate and we work opposite shifts and he needs his phone for work which leaves me basically all day with no way to be contacted if something happens to my mother. The agent we were dealing with was VERY rude and showed it by cutting off the chat regarding this and I am beyond livid about this.

    They are very hard to get ahold of and Ive been trying to reach out for 2 days to get my issue fixed. They refuse to give a refund when there service is not working. They say any issues will take up to 48 hours to resolve.

    Getting set up on Visible was a nightmare for some reason. But I pushed through and got it working.The coverage has been just ok, but I sort of expected that.However, I needed to update my CC number and tried to log in. I wasn't able to. So, I tried resetting my password. That didn't work either.Today is Monday at about 10pm, and I have been in a circling conversation with support since Saturday. I got an email saying my service has been deactivated...because their system won't let me in and they haven't been able to get it resolved. I'm planning on switching to ********* but I'm going to lose my phone number because they aren't able to let me log into my account AND apparently no one at Visible is able to access that information.I keep getting the same answers of "the team is currently working on your case and you will receive an update as soon as possible" within "**** hours" - but I've gotten that response multiple times.I know it's not customer support's fault. It's just bad technology from what I can tell. I hate leaving bad reviews, but they really need to figure something out.

    They claim its unlimited internet service with a HUGE * implying they can shut off your service when ever they feel like, as they have with me well I still had 9 days left on my plan.They intentionally cut my service before my due date because on 6/19/2023, I called to, once again, complain about poor service quality.I had the basic tier plan using 4gLTE and I understand that speeds "may not always be fast", but I could not even load 144p ******* videos, how was I to use this service for gig work (as was my intention)... They claim a "GARONITED LEVEL OF SERVICE QUALITY" if you pay for there "best" plan... And spend $300 on a 5g phone... How can they offer a level of quality, when they cant even ensure 40kbps to there basic customers that are only paying $10 less?Outrageously anti consumer...They would claim "The lines are congested!", yet I'm in the middle of Central ******... There are less people in the whole of Central ****** bein served by 3 towers, then in ALL of ******** ******... But somehow the lines are congested... LIES!If they don't shared data, they should have transcripts of all of my interactions with them... That I can't download because it also don't work from there site.

    I purchased a phone on their website for $600 dollars. I am now being told the phone I bought from them will not remain compatible with their network upgrade and I must purchase a different phone to stay with them. This has to be illegal!
