    Just awful awful customer ********************** processes. I've spent hours over the last few days jumping between chat support to email to back to chat. I suspect that customer support agents are juggling multiple cases at once, because it seems like they never quite listen to what the problem is.

    After 4 and a half hours talking to 13 different agents with 13 different solutions all of which none would work. No one there knows how to register a sim card to a new device. They can only tell me they can order a new sim card for any new phone that I get. And that I have to wait days to activate my new phone. This is the most ridiculous thing I have heard out of the 9 different network so that I've tried. There is no way to contact them by phone. I see no way possible that they can be getting referrals from existing customers.

    could not get a physical sim card delivered to my address (4 tries over 3 weeks)agent on chat would not contact FED EX to resolve issue was left with a phone that did not work as they activated my account and ported my number without me having a sim card I contacted fed ex myself and they could not tell me what the issue was only to contact the shipper my address was correct on both my account and when i contacted fed ex VISIBLE refused to call or contact fed ex they even wanted me to change my address to my Fathers out of state and my father pay to ship it to me ... ridiculous they kept asking me to contact fed ex without a phone finally I ordered a sim kit through mint and received my physical sim delivered to my address through FED EX and canceled visible

    My experience with visible has been disappointing at best, they sent me a sim card that didn't work, after reaching out they escalated the issue and I had to wait 24 hours for a resolution they said they solved something on the back end and I had to reset all of my saved network settings, this didn't fix the issue and so they sent me a second sim card, this one also did not work. I went through the same route and in the end 8 days later I still do not have service. They said I don't get a refund unless they can keep my phone number. Basically extorting me to keep waiting or lose my number. Despite the low cost I paid, money spent on nothing and not being returned is strait thievery

    The worst phone service Ive ever had since 1998.literally, there is no customer ********************** to speak out. They runoff the ******* name but it is nothing like *******. You pay for what you get in any one of the cell phone services today. If you think youre getting a deal, youre not. It was the worst experience Ive ever had another phone service and the worst Service Ive ever had with the phone service for the two weeks I was with them.

    On 9/27/23 I paid my Visible bill using my Discover card as I have been doing for years. Discover shows the charge as pending until Visible accepts the payment. However, Visible says no payment was made and despite multiple contacts with them and sending proof that the payment was made, they suspended my account. I attempted to pay with a different card hoping maybe that would fix the issue but their payment portal wouldnt acknowledge the card. Im now stuck in limbo with no service because their payment processing system is faulty.

    Visible (and ******* its parent company) - the worst. They don ** care. They refuse to have staff available BY PHONE to speak with customers. I would NEVER recommend this lazy lousy company. Don** waste your time and money.

    Zero starts. The **** cellular service. I contacted ******* and determined that they were the company for my family to return to. I did all the paperwork to switch back to *******, however, within an hour of communicating with *******, Visible immediately canceled my service. Every time I have switched service, prior service ended with the activation of the new SIM card, once powered on in the phone. Visible cut me off and my service was paid through October 10, 2023. This is not prepaid, the account was set up on automatic payment, and I have a very high credit score. This company is a fraud, a sham. You can not contact them via telephone, chat is the only way and it takes hours if not days to make contact with whatever country you are text chatting with for no resolution. This shut off is an obvious retaliatory action against leaving them.

    Visible has billed me over $250 in monthly installments and I have never once been able to use their service with my ported phone nor have I been able to gain access to my online account, therefore they will not allow me to cancel Visible. I continue to get billed $35/month for cell service I've never been able to use. Complete scam. My daughter and I have spent days on chat with Visible, and their help desk cannot figure the service or on-line account out. ******************** told us to just cancel the credit card connected to the Visible account, but why should I have to go through the hassle of cancelling a card and resetting up multiple accounts to a new card?

    I'm signed up with Visible but is was a laborious process to say the least. It was very difficult to get everything coordinated with them but FINNALY got it done. It has ********** sailing for several months since then. My husband decided to switch over and bought a different cell phone for one that works with Visible. His SIM card didn't arrive for several days. We were unable to track it with the tracking number we were given. We had to go out of town for a few days and of course Fed Ex came three times while we were gone. They require a signature so they left a door tag. It had a number for us to track which ***** said was a number not in their system but it might be at one of two warehouses. My husband drove to both and neither warehouse knew anything about the package. So husband emails Visible and they say they will send another one out and we should get it the next day. Three days later it still hasn't arrived. He has spent two hours on "chat" and English is obviously not the service person's first language. He doesn't understand a fair amount of what my husband is saying and this is the supervisor he finally asked for. He keeps asking for a 4 digit code from his payment which is most likely the last 4 digits of a credit card. My husband hasn't even filled in any payment information yet. On the off chance that's what he wants he gave the last 4 digits of a cc but "that didn't match his records". The reps answers to my hubby's questions were nonsensical. Never had such a hard time trying to give a company our business. They were EXTREMELY unhelpful. We could find no phone number to talk to anyone directly. If you try, you just get stuck in a loop recording. Terrible customer **********************. He finally gave up and went with someone else.
