    Its been a week since my Visible nightmare began. On Sunday, June 9th, I ordered a phone and service from Visible, hoping to receive it by my birthday on June 11th, thanks to their promise of free overnight shipping. Payment went through smoothly, but thats where the normalcy ended.By Tuesday, my birthday, I hadnt received any tracking or shipping confirmation. My account still showed the order as processing with Free Overnight Shipping. Contacting support was uselessthey couldnt provide any information or a delivery estimate. I was left without phone service, having already cut off my previous provider.Three days later, after contacting them multiple times across various platforms, I finally reached someone on Reddit. Initially, they said the order was canceled, then claimed it was just delayed, and finally confirmed it was indeed canceled without explanation.Its now been 7 days, and *** faced additional issues like the referral system not crediting the member and my account showing a $45 balance despite full payment. After numerous contacts, nothing has been resolved, and I havent been refunded for the phone and service ordered on June 9th.My advice? Avoid this wireless provider. Its not worth the hassle, time, or peace of mind.

    Without peer, the WORST customer ********************** company on the planet. If ******* is terrible, Visible is its evil stepchild. The chat reps lie to you. There's nobody you can call, it's all outsourced to foreign bots. When you make changes to your account online, they don't go through because of "system" problems. Then the chat reps make up any answer and at the end of your chat, it offers to allow you to save a transcript that turns up BLANK!!!!!! This is how they operate. And then, when you get back on with them, they tell you they have not record of the previous chat!!!!!! You can't make this stuff up!!! a company would have to STRIVE to offer this poor customer **********************. It would have to be their mission statement. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!

    I ordered a phone and was going to use affirm to pay for it. It has been 5 weeks since I ordered the phone. I never received it, and visible told me it was returned to them. I requested a refund for the two payments I made on my affirm loan for a phone I never received, and that was 4 weeks ago. I still haven't received a refund. The customer ********************** is all outsourced to ***** and a total joke. I have another payment for my loan due on 06/17 and I DONT EVEN HAVE THE ****** PLEASE TRUST THE ONE STAR CUSTOMER REVIEW RATING. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE AND TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I recently bought a iPhone 15 pro *** from Visible. When I went to activate the phone i used my work email not knowing it had security restrictions and blocks from any incoming unknown emails. I immediately got on chat to resolve and change my email to my personal email. I was told they couldnt change anything until they sent a code to my work email that wouldnt accept it any emails from visible. Another option was to send a code to my visible phone number that wasnt even active. Now Im phoneless. I went and tried to make a new account but it wouldnt switch over my phone number from my previous carrier because it showed that phone number was already associated with an account through ********************. I want help to resolved this ASAP !!!

    Customer ********************** would be better from a chatbot. They are completely horrible at customer **********************. I upgraded from basis to plus, took the special offer to pay annually. Now I have no service. Day 2 of non stop customer ********************** chats. They can't close me out (port me out) for a refund because my case is open. Think about that.

    Misleading regarding 15-day free trial. First, they bill immediately. They provide instructions for cancelling which are invalid. ***********************************************************************************.... Their chatbot goes into an infinite loop on "I can help you cancel" but it does nothing. They provide no customer ********************** phone number. After fighting the chatbot for 30 minutes, I finally got an email. The email stated that a case was opened. (What? Just close the account. It should take minutes.) I tried to reply to the email, and it failed. It seems Visible is trying to make it difficult for customers to get the ****** free trial. Making it hard to get your 15-days free seems intentional on their part.

    I totally agree with these reviews. This company couldn't care less about customers. The last agent I spoke with fully lied to me and refused to get someone that could actually assist me with getting serviceor at least answering the questions I had about why my service wasn't working. Never mind that I had paid them for service, the agent treated the situation like a little game. He knew I didn't have phone service so he decided the only way I could speak with someone was if "they" could call meof course, I do have chat, SM, email and Zoom! He kept repeating himself as if the fifth time he said something it would be relevant to our actual conversation. It was disgusting. It got so weird, I asked him at least twice to confirm he was a live agent. Just say NO friends, there's something really wrong here! Note to Visible, in case you haven't heard, nobody cares one bit about your little game. There's lots of folks that would appreciate having my money.

    Worst scam company in the entire world! They have horrible security and will likely be breached over and over and over again. This is the worst "company" in the world.

    Tragic. Have not have service for FOUR FULL DAYS now and i keep getting the exact same response every day were working on the issue. In what world does it take 4 days and endless lies to fix an eSIM ?! I had a life threatening emergency yesterday and couldnt make a call!!!! Today I was even charged for a service this company clearly is not providing. It wouldve been so much faster had you shipped me a physical SIM card.

    I know this will go unnoticed. Today on chat I was advised to provide my ***, first name last, bank account information, three person's I recently contacted in the past days. Once I provided all of the following information I was then told the payment could not be accepted and I would need to make the payment myself. Why would a customer ********************** company collect all of that information from a customer after an hour to tell them they do not take payment over the phone. WHY? I am very sure this was a fraudulent transaction. The phone company has to make thing better. When I asked to speak with a manger. I was told simply no! I continued asking for one and was never given one. The person disconnected the chat.
