    Customer ********************** would be better from a chatbot. They are completely horrible at customer **********************. I upgraded from basis to plus, took the special offer to pay annually. Now I have no service. Day 2 of non stop customer ********************** chats. They can't close me out (port me out) for a refund because my case is open. Think about that.

    Misleading regarding 15-day free trial. First, they bill immediately. They provide instructions for cancelling which are invalid. ***********************************************************************************.... Their chatbot goes into an infinite loop on "I can help you cancel" but it does nothing. They provide no customer ********************** phone number. After fighting the chatbot for 30 minutes, I finally got an email. The email stated that a case was opened. (What? Just close the account. It should take minutes.) I tried to reply to the email, and it failed. It seems Visible is trying to make it difficult for customers to get the ****** free trial. Making it hard to get your 15-days free seems intentional on their part.

    I totally agree with these reviews. This company couldn't care less about customers. The last agent I spoke with fully lied to me and refused to get someone that could actually assist me with getting serviceor at least answering the questions I had about why my service wasn't working. Never mind that I had paid them for service, the agent treated the situation like a little game. He knew I didn't have phone service so he decided the only way I could speak with someone was if "they" could call meof course, I do have chat, SM, email and Zoom! He kept repeating himself as if the fifth time he said something it would be relevant to our actual conversation. It was disgusting. It got so weird, I asked him at least twice to confirm he was a live agent. Just say NO friends, there's something really wrong here! Note to Visible, in case you haven't heard, nobody cares one bit about your little game. There's lots of folks that would appreciate having my money.

    Worst scam company in the entire world! They have horrible security and will likely be breached over and over and over again. This is the worst "company" in the world.

    Tragic. Have not have service for FOUR FULL DAYS now and i keep getting the exact same response every day were working on the issue. In what world does it take 4 days and endless lies to fix an eSIM ?! I had a life threatening emergency yesterday and couldnt make a call!!!! Today I was even charged for a service this company clearly is not providing. It wouldve been so much faster had you shipped me a physical SIM card.

    I know this will go unnoticed. Today on chat I was advised to provide my ***, first name last, bank account information, three person's I recently contacted in the past days. Once I provided all of the following information I was then told the payment could not be accepted and I would need to make the payment myself. Why would a customer ********************** company collect all of that information from a customer after an hour to tell them they do not take payment over the phone. WHY? I am very sure this was a fraudulent transaction. The phone company has to make thing better. When I asked to speak with a manger. I was told simply no! I continued asking for one and was never given one. The person disconnected the chat.

    I purchased a phone from Visible Wireless in Janurary of 2024 and the case still is still going on. The phone would not work. I sent it back as instructed. They kept saying they havent received the device. I called all over to figure it out. They finally said they have the device. Then for at least month I was told to check back in 3-5 days so I contacted every 3 days kept being told that. Its still going on. I dont suggest them to anyone. You can not call them. It is all through chat then after so long the chat ends and you cant talk to anyone.

    I have a disability and was in need of a phone. I chose vision for the free trial. Apparently they didn't click *************. I texted with them. Nothing can be done. Really? Make it more noticable.

    Completely unethical. I first came to Visible in 2018 to get away from spiking/hidden fee bills of the big cellphone companies...I've have more trouble with a lower bill than I've ever had with the big companies. They stole my financed phone that was supposed to be an upgrade where Visible promises to pay the remaining balance ($533.51). I received a shipping label from them and shipped it back. Originally, they offered to send it back and then I send it back as a "trade-in." I declined because I only needed them to honor the upgrade. I wouldn't have been able to use the old phone anyway since it's tied to Visible's network. They kept my phone stating that it was past the 14-Day period to receive it back and offered a measly $230 credit on my loan that has a remaining. I declined because why would I still want to pay on a phone that I have no possession of? During my attempted upgrade, I asked the chat agent how to upgrade (they changed the format of the app and made it difficult to find). The agent sent me a link, I double-checked with them to be sure it was for an "upgrade." They assured it was. Well, it wasn't. Soon after, I found out that the link sent was for straight out purchase. Not my fault or my intentions. The fact that there is no number to call makes everything 100 times harder to get to anything accomplished and within this "14-Day policy" that they cling to for dear life. On several occasions, I have requested a callback from upper management where cases are "escalated" and never receive it. They'll then send an email that you can't reply to with some lackluster resolution that robs the customer of fairness and in my case, money. I wouldn't recommend Visible even if it was free.

    It is the 20th of March, Ive been trying to activate my Apple Watch since the 15th of March. *** contacted support no one ever got back to me for. Yesterday I received a email informing me that my case was closed and my issue has been resolved. Again no one ever contacted me for further information or to help me with the issue.
