    It is the 20th of March, Ive been trying to activate my Apple Watch since the 15th of March. *** contacted support no one ever got back to me for. Yesterday I received a email informing me that my case was closed and my issue has been resolved. Again no one ever contacted me for further information or to help me with the issue.

    The worst and I need help! For over I have been trying to get a refund for a phone I did not receive. You cannot talk to a human, they cannot find my information, including my loan number and the tracking number of the phone that was returned by the carrier. I am stuck still paying a phone in which I dont have. Somebody needs to allow a phone number to talk to people. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE!!!!

    Easy enough to start up, never fully activated my account. Spent 5 days with customer **********************, new agent each time, no notes saved on my case, never called back during scheduled times with an "expert", and when MMS settings weren't working 5 days later I cancelled and they won't refund despite their "14-day" policy as advertised because they partially activated the account. No guarantee this service will work and no refunds, seems like fraud. I agree with several reviews below, worst carrier I've used in the last 20 years on 4 continents.

    They have customer ********************** but you need to know how to reach out to them. They have a large presence on several blog and social websites. The service is as described. The features are with in the tolerance or better than described. The price is the correct price. If anyone wants live customer ********************** you will find this service frustrating. This service is only for experienced Internet users.

    The fact that you can't speak to a person is strike #1. When it takes hours to look into a problem without resolution is strike #2. I have been trying to get a resolution about receiving an empty box with no phone in it. This has been going on for almost a month. I had to order another phone in the meantime so am now paying for 2 phones. The service itself is great and the price as well as long as you don't have any issues. Strike 3.

    Worse customer ********************** in the cellular industry. And their resolution control is terrible. If there is a problem they seem to be having a problem to resolve they do not assign a dedicated specialist to do it. You keep being run through the chat 9th circle of h*** routine with someone different who does not know what is going on. I ported over my number and they seem to be unable to activate it. And since it was ported over to them there is no way to get it ported back to another company. I think this company should be looking at a class action suit. And the 866 phone number listed on BBB website goes nowhere just a recording that gives no info. and no additional contact.

    Customer ********************** is only chat-based and slow-moving. Most issues are handled with a revolving door of chatbot instructions that have already been tried. No telephone assistance for customers, only a voicemail that points customers to chat, tweet or text.

    Visible by ******* stated they could transfer my current number over, but they couldn't. I requested a cancellation and refund; they charged me again & now I can't get rid of the number they assigned to me. I was on the "chat line" with them for over 7 hours within 2 days trying to rectify the issue. I contacted the ******* Fraud line in the hopes they could delete the Visible number on my ************ stated he works for Visible too, soon after he denied he never made the statement. I have since closed my credit card account & have been paranoid about my online privacy due to having multiple Chat Lines with Visible opened to my mobile phone. It's been a nightmare.

    Beware! Don't use Visible service. It was not possible for me to end my service, in spite of what they advertise. I had to cancel my entire credit card. They charged me for 4 months fraudulently. I can't access the links they tell me to go to in order to cancel my service. There are no human agents and you are left in a circular automatic pattern with a robotic chat. I disputed the charges to my credit card, but they kept re-charging them. This service is not that much cheaper than other services, just go with the known carriers. Also, the reason I had to cancel anyway is that they sent me a SIM card that didn't work with my ****** phone, even though my phone was not that old. The phone number that I received from Visible was re-used and had been previously assigned to an electrical company employee, so I received many nuisance calls and there was nothing Visible could do about that.
