    We had both ***** and ******* help us out with our plumbing today and they were fantastic! We own an older home that comes with....older home quirks....and they were able to let us know exactly what needed to be done and in what priority we should handle some issues. Both technicians were extremely personable, knowledgeable, and we truly enjoyed having their company and help. We definitely plan on using Lion Home Service whenever we can!

    When we called Lion on 07/27/24 Saturday because our ** was not working the technician came and told us that we needed a new A/C unit and a new furnace. We decided to do the $18000 package. The install team showed up 2 days later and when they were done I noticed that our hot water was turned off I guess they turned the water heater off and forgot to turn it back on. I did turned it on myself but then the following day I noticed our carpet was wet I looked at the water heater it had a leak. It just a coincidence that after installing our new ** unit our water heater started leaking and our water heater was perfectly fine. We did call them again and the technician showed up and said we need a new water heater! WHAT!?!? We paid almost $20000 for the ** unit and they charged us $2500 for the new water heater! Its just strange to me that our water heater was perfectly fine then suddenly it was broken after the ** unit was installed, then the manger called us and said that the water heater was old and theres nothing they can do! Also they did not clean the drainage for the ** unit and they said they will send someone and we havent seen them yet. If our water heater started leaking a week later then we would definitely not complain about this but its just weird that it happened after the installation.

    Hello, yes unfortunate that your water heater also went out. The valve was cracked in the system itself. We are looking into why this was not looked at in the original discovery appointment. We did send a drain technician out yesterday to clean out your floor drain for free, since it was clogged and lead to the water not draining.

    Especially considering the extremely high cost of replacing my heating/ac unit, I'm very disappointed in both the quality of the work & the lack of customer ********************** followup. Lion installed a new heating/ac unit in my condo on June 11. After the crew left, I looked at ******* looked wrong to me. The hood looked like it was collapsing on itself, there was nowhere for a filter to go (so there wasn't one installed), there's a pipe blocking access to the former filter slot, plus the humidifier wasn't reconnected to the new unit. I called the sales rep & asked if he would come out to look at it; instead, he re-sent the same technician to "fix it". The technician returned on June 12 & did additional work to install the filter **************** the humidifier, but it's still wrong. The hood still looks like it's collapsing, there's 2" open gap where the filter sits plus there's a pipe in the way so the filter can't be accessed. I never heard back from the Lion sales rep to see if the work was acceptable. A City of ******************* building inspector finally came July 26; he said the unit wasn't installed correctly (citing the open gap & the inability to change the filter), so he said it failed the inspection. Now, I await Lion's response to the City's failure notice.

    ************************* installed a new garbage disposal and removed my very old rusted out unit. Not an easy job but done very professionally and included all of the follow up cleaning. Will definitely use Lion Home Service for any future service needs.Mil ******

    I purchased a new furnace air conditioner. I was promised several things:1. one day installation by a trained installation team 2. The new furnace filter would work well. My old furnace did not collect dust at all 3. There would be some very lucrative rebates.4. $20,000 install package....Way over priced (shame on me)The install TEAM turned out to be a rather confused installer and one electrician.They just set the external unit down without setting a good foundation. (propped up with bricks)They could not get my humidifier to work with the digital thermostat. (several days of attempts)I bought a new humidifier controller because they said mine was bad. It wasn"t They would not pay for it. The digital thermostat would not communicate with my analog Aprile Air humidifier.I already had an electic filter (sold me one I did not need) The new filter is still clean after months. They did not replace my water pump ($20,000?)They left without setting up The daikon digital thermostat. Which did not work until I figured how to update the software. AND now *********** will not rebate that model thermostat.*****; tells me Lion is NOT an authorized partner. So no rebate. **** said I had to get the rebates myself. It doesn't work that way An abbbbsolute incompetent outfit... with no attempt to be fair with me.

    We resolved this client concern on 12/18/2023, with a note that the concern was resolved and the client was very happy. We sent out a technician on 03/22/24, 02/06/24, 12/18/23, 12/11/2023, and 11/28/2023. We were more than fair and resolved this issue more than 3 months ago.

    The technician for Lion home services, DJ, was outstanding! He offered a thorough review of his inspection of our air conditioner, using photos to clarify his findings. He was courteous And knowledgeable. He was very patient with our questions and clearly was very service oriented. He was also helpful with administrative questions such as making sure my Poudre Valley Air extended Warranty is transferred to Lion Home Service. He made us feel we were in good hands.
