1 starWe have had good luck with Lion in the past, but those days are over. On Tuesday one of their technicians came to our house for regular furnace service. When he left, the thermostat was black and couldn't be used. We contacted Lion, and were told he would come back that afternoon. He didn't. He came back yesterday afternoon and tinkered around for a while, but was unable to figure out the problem. He said his supervisor, who knew how to fix the problem, would call. He didn't. Now we are in our third day without heat, and snow is in the forecast. Meanwhile, phone calls and e-mails to Lion have been unavailing. Apparently we are going to have to find someone else to come in and fix what they wrecked.Lion Home Service

Hi David- I am sorry for the difficulty you were having. I see that on the day of this review, we scheduled for the next day per your request, however we also went out late the same day to get your system functioning.
