    **** does a very professional job. *********** was friendly and tried to understand the circumstances we were in with our guests and worked with our time line. Called 8am job was done 1pm. Very prompt response in these times. This is the third time we have used Home Lion Service. Very pleased with their people.

    ******* and ***** from Lion Hime Service installed a new furnace in my attic. They did a great job. The install was in my attic on a hot August day. They were careful to insure they did not make a mess, laid out protection on my carpet. They were very professional and took the time to explain a few things about the furnace that were different than my old one. Nice job.

    Lions technician recommended we spend more than $1,000 to replace transformer/garage control panel, after I called for help with our AC system that wouldnt kick on.Later that same day, another technician with Northern Colorado Air discovered the furnace filter was clogged.$5 problem resolved. Lions either sent us an incompetent technician or someone aiming to take us for a ride.Either, I am done with Lions.

    **** ******* came out to our house to inspect our hot water heater that went out. He gave us plenty of options and when we chose what we wanted he said he could do the work today. He was professional, curtious and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend.

    Dont discuss pricing while booking appointment and dont tell you they charge you for a diagnostic and travel fee till they arrive. If you dont go through with appointment.

    Hello *******, I reviewed the call and the *** did inform of our $119 diagnostic and dispatch fee. We are upfront pricing because our CSRs are not technicians and can not diagnose issues over the phone. It is the same with a doctors appointment. There is a copay and they will not give pricing over the phone for testing you may need as each person is different. Just like every home is different.

    DO NOT USE FOR REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS. My appointment was abruptly cancelled at the end of the service appointment time window when the service was to be performed. They seemed very dis-interested in assisting with rescheduling --- saying earliest appointment was 2.5 weeks out, which is unrealistic for a real estate transaction. They left all involved in this transaction, including my client in a lurch. Further, when I tried to escalate in hope a manager was able to accommodate sooner scheduling, they refused to allow me to speak with a service manager.

    We absolutely understand how frustrating this experience was. We try our best to accommodate everyone on our schedule and unfortunately we were unable to on this day. We do prioritize our members first, then emergency situations, then requests for unit certification. A manager was unable to accommodate sooner scheduling because we simply did not have the bandwidth on that day.
