1 starThis is just another sales model for total replacement systems at excessively inflated prices, with pressure to make a decision quickly. At the end of the pitch, they offer "builder grade" products at a 15% discount, but only if you sign up for a $30-a-month service to maintain the system. I was also told that "the only reason people get three quotes is that they are unhappy with the service or pricing." I had already mentioned to the technician that he was outstanding. It would be unwise not to obtain three quotes when you're considering a price that exceeds the cost of a new car. For that kind of money, you could purchase a window unit and do a little research to potentially save about $22,000.

1 starActually I will give 5 stars for the work done to clean up and put new PVC for our kitchen sink. I fault my self for not questioning the $685.00 estimate on materials and labor. The Plumber was out one day and didnt have the parts so I was quoted the price which I felt was high but we were without a working sink. He said they would not charge for this initial trip. At 2:45 the next day he arrived with the correct PVC and had the job complete by 4:15. I assumed the charge would be less but no, the bill was written up for $685. I estimated the new PVC to be $75 at most which meant I was paying $400 / hour. Even if I threw in the 1 hour he spent the first day (that I wasnt getting charged for) it still came to $280 per hour. I called Lions and they would not give me an itemize invoice. I was told someone would contact me and that was 5 days ago! **** ********Lion Home Service

Hello ****, our apologies that follow up request did not make it to the main office. Our pricing is not parts/labor it is per the project. We don't provide itemized invoices because our system is not set up that way. 5 starsI am most impressed with every individual that helped me with my furnace and planning for future needs. DJ came out immediately to inspect my furnace and helped to determine cost/benefits of repair vs replacement. When I decided to replace, he immediately contacted the office to have a project manager (Charity) come out and measure, explain, and schedule a new installation for the next day. Zak and Hunter came out and installed the furnace the next day. They were both professional, respectful, informative, and most importantly, skilled. Everyone made sure I understood agreements and procedures. The office staff has been prompt, respectful, efficient and kind. I am relieved to be a member of the ************** knowing the expertise and civility of this company.Lion Home Service

5 starsLion Home service per *****, ****, and Dylon did a great job estimating and hard wiring a car charger in my garage for my EV. This is my first time using them and I was impressed with their knowledge, friendliness, and efficiency. They also suggested and added a whole house surge protector which I was happy to have them include. I'll use them again and recommend to anyone who can use some electrical work.Lion Home Service
