      Rip off not worth the money. The charge for installation of every piece Like key fobs etc. also the up charge For preferred appointment like 20 dollars and you cant book without paying. Overpriced and a ripoff Go anywhere but here

      I just booked a service to have my Ring Security system installed and couldn't be happier with the level of service I received. From the booking rep to the onsite technician, I overall please. I do have to call the company soon to complete the work because the doorbell camera was registered to another person. This is not at all the fault of OnTech. **** sent a refurbished device. I am hopeful I get the same onesie technician.
