      If you have any technical issues that require professional installation, I would definitely recommend OnTech Smart Services! I've used them twice and both times, have been extremely satisfied with the professionalism and the cost! Even if they're not Better Business Bureau accredited, they will definitely be trusted with my business in the future!

      This was my second visit from Ontech. The Tech showed up with the tools necessary for doing the job I needed done. The technicians were very good at understanding my issue and fixing it. The technician even cleaned the area the job was done at. I would definitely do business with this company again.

      My experience with OnTech exceeded my expectations. They sent me ******* who did an excellent job. He was on time even being rerouted a few times around washed out roads from the flooding we had the night before. He knew exactly what he was doing and installed my video doorbell quickly and flawlessly. I'm so glad I didn't try to do the installation myself. This was worth the price and saved me the hassle of trying to figure this out. My device works perfectly. Thank you *******.

      My experience with the installation of cameras and video doorbell was exceptional. The technician was professional and very polite. He made sure the cameras were placed so I could reach cameras to charge battery. Since the video doorbell can't be heard in the patio areas, he suggested getting an electric chime since I had a digital and request an installation.

      The technician from Ontech Services was excellent. He was very professional. He was very courteous. He really knew the ********** products, which had already been delivered to our home. It was a pleasure having him inside our home making the installation. I am a 72 year-old retired senior and not very techie. My 62 year-old wife is better at tech than me, but not enough to do this installation. We are thankful that Ontech was available to assist us! Ontech did an excellent job!
