      Had them install my ring doorbell and they did a fantastic job. Drilled into concrete and got it set with all my ***** devices and my phone and it only took around 15 minutes. The technician was friendly and professional.

      My experience with On Tech was above excellent from start to finish. The technician was very good at keeping me apprised of what time he would arrive. He was very prompt. He wore shie covers in my home without even me requesting, which shows respect of your home. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in installing our security alarm and sensitive to making it as easy as possible for my 80 year old Mom to understand. He even suggested/ recommended additional safety concerns that the security company did not address with us. He did above and beyond his responsibility and did not make us feel in any way rushed. He was caring and.attentive to our concerns.
