      This was a great experience! My technician, ****, was amazing! He had awesome energy and expertise! He walked me through the entire set up and even taught me some great things about the service and my phone that I was unaware. I a so happy that I chose to have the alarm installed because of the knowledge that I gained and the high level of service that I received! I greatly appreciate the time and thank you!

      The technician who installed my system did a great job technically as well as explained everything to me in a way i could understand since i am not at all tech or computer oriented. Thanks for the pleasant experience.

      The technician installed everything perfectly! I felt like this was a legit company based on my first phone call to them. The lady that answered the phone was very professional and patient with me. She hooked me up with a date and time that worked with my schedule for the technician to come out. When technician arrived, this dude was very courteous and respectful. I like the fact that he explained everything to me without using all those complicated techno babbel words! He used plan words and explained everything he was doing. He was so cool..I felt like we were brothers. The Ontech people are just nice overall and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU CALL THEM. I had them install a home alarm system that the alarm company said I could do it myself but very glad I called ontech to do this! Because the stuff he was doing from install of the equipment and program it into the computer...Let's just say I'm very grateful that ontech did it for me!

      If I could put 0 stars for this company I would. I booked an appointment with Ontech to mount my TV above the fireplace. The first time the techs came out two morons seemed as if they didnt feel comfortable trying to install my high end motorized mount and made an excuse to reschedule. I reschedule for the following weekend and they send one agent instead of two. The agent didnt even know it was a tv installation and said the job required two people and wanted to reschedule again. At that point i just canceled. I wont even bother visiting their website again.

      This technician, ********* from On Tech was the most experienced and knowledgeable system tech we have ever experienced. His understanding and his instructions for us were down to earth, the install was professional with tremendous respect for us and our property.I would recommend On Tech for everyone.
