  They were professional and knowledgeable. ***** was so awesome! He trouble shot everything due to the way our house was set up. Bought additional products and he installed for us. He didn't push anything on us at all. It was all our choice to purchase. He had extra with him too. It was an awesome experience!

  Was having issues with my smart thermostat and hired OnTech to assist with them (and assist with installing a part I was advised by smart thermostat manufacturer that I needed to fix the problem). Technician for OnTech arrived on-time and was very knowledgeable and professional; explained why the part would probably not work but offered to install it anyway, and also provided an alternate option and explained why the alternate option would probably work better. Also took his time to check everything before proceeding with any work, and as a result he found an even better way to resolve the problem much quicker. Very happy with service call and with OnTech!

  OnTech inside sales were very helpful in helping me set up my security system and recommended a 1 hr consultation that would be paid for if I use there installation. Consultation worked out great and I requested and received the same technician for installation of the equipment.

  I have been more than pleased with the quality of work, customer service, and expertise on security systems by the OnTech Service Technician. I have had technicians back to my condo twice since purchasing the security system. Both times when I called I was told they could be at the condo the very next day...even on a Sunday. Both times the OnTech Service Technician did not leave until I was satisfied. My learning curve on security systems has been steep. They have been so patient with me and addressed each of my concerns.

  the young man who installed my Nest thermostat did an excellent job and was very kind and cheerful, not only was he very efficient and knowledgeable he made the installation feel like a friend was here doing it for me.
