      Although the tech was two hours late, he was very proficient and informative of what he was doing, we appreciate how very patient he was with all of our questions and showed us how to use the system. He was definitely skilled in his job and knew what he was doing. Thank you for a job well done.

      I really don't understand what all the bad reviews are about. First, they show up early in the two hour window the provided, and finished within the stated estimate. ************** was very knowledgeable and competent. He was respectful of our home, and made sure each ******* and sensor was placed to our satisfaction. When he was finished, he instructed ** in how to use our SimpliSafe system. We are very happy with this service.

      Our Ontech technician visited our home to access the type of security system needed and to set a date for installation. He was very courteous and seemed genuinely concerned with finding ** the best affordable system to meet our needs. I was impressed by him.

      Ontech came out to my home to connect a video doorbell camera, shortly afterwards I had partial power. I was without power to certain areas of my home for (3) days! The 2nd tech looked at the re-wire job initially said it looked correct.. I said something is wrong with the wiring moments later he said the first guy should have covered the wires so they would not touch one another. He then.taped the wires so that they would not touch one another. My power came back on. He said the loose wires could have caused damage to my panel box causing more electrical problems!!??

      OK...I have used On-Tech twice, and both times, the service and skills presented were absolutely 5 star. Not sure if the other reviewers got the quality of technician that I did, but I was more than satisfied with the work performed. CSA

      Wish I could do zero stars.. after my experience I am not surprised one bit by all of these awful reviews. Absolutely horrible customer service, they do not listen, they are a complete waste of time and should NOT be a service offered. Long story short they completely butchered my installation order request THREE times.. and thats just the beginning. Seriously, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

      I paid for this company to help install a simplisafe system to my home. First, they showed up at the wrong address without warning. So, I spoke with the tech and someone they contacted over the phone to correct this and reschedule for the following day. Flash forward, today I called 5 times over a 3hr period. 1) the tech never came. 2) apparently there was a cyber attack that crippled their system that they did not alert me to prior to or following purchase of service. 3) the person I spoke with to correct and reschedule didnt actually do their job. 4) not at any point during the 5 phone calls was I told that the appointment correction wasnt even in the system (which could have saved me 3hrs of my time instead of waiting for something non-existent. 5) they offered no financial compensation back for the trouble. 6) They REFUSED to allow me access to a supervisor or manager. 7) They have no way of actually tracking techs. 8) They contract out to 3rd parties to do installs but have no communication with the 3rd party verbally or in writing so no actual way to help resolve. Im fairly certain their lack of disclosure, ineffective procedures, and inability to resolve customer concerns is highly unethical and potentially illegal. As an aside, If you have a cyber attack that prohibits you from functioning as a company that should be publicized, and not used as a shield only after you fall short with a customer.

      They appear to have gone out of business. I've tried to book a service for the last couple of weeks. Their website is not accepting credit card payments, and there is no customer service available. It's unbelievable to me that these guys are still being referred by *******

      Purchased an "Annual Maintenance" agreement a little less than a year ago. Have had a tech out to our house twice. We have purchased ****** Mesh and numerous cameras through OnTech. Just had to replace our Wifi router in the home and noticed several cameras are not working. Called OnTech only to find they are not in business any longer. Frustrated.

      Ontech came out initially to install about 8 Ring devices. The technician that came out advised us to return the battery-powered cameras for the wired ones so that we do not have to constantly charge the battery. The technician said that we have a credit installation for 4 devices because we ended up taking back the ones we didn't need for the ones we needed. When I called them back to get a new installation date the recording says they are experiencing technical issues. Almost 2 months later to this date and they are still experiencing technical issues. I just want my credit ************* on at this point. It's about a $400 credit. Oddly enough, Ring recommended them initially and they started out great. When I called Ring back, they have no knowledge of who Ontech was.
