      On Tech installed my Simpli Safe Security System. The representative was on time and very professional. He made sure I knew how to operate the system and answered all my questions with patience and courstesy.

      I had a complete security system installed and the techs arrived on time. I got e-mail notifications prior to arrival and a phone call with a ***** minute arrival time. Techs were professional and took the time to explain each step and piece of equipment. I was lucky enough to a have a tech that was paitent with me and answered all the questions I had and then some. I can't speak for the whole company but I was fortunate to have a pleasent experience.

      Tech was professional and worked hard to install monitor with all wires hidden. He spent 20 minutes making sure that everything looked great. Very personable and knowledgeable expert.

      Great customer service. ************** was awesome. he took his time, installed our alarm system was early on arrival. Reviewed everything that came in the box, then we walked to see where we were going to put everything. After install, he showed me how to use the unit and also how to use the **** He was very detailed orientated. Professional, Kind.We are truly blessed by all of his help. thank you DCoats.. ******

      I've read several reviews for this company, some of them not positive. Can't agree with them... our experience with On-Tech and **** (the technician that responded to the job) has been extraordinary. Very pleased with how they handled our needs.

      Technician arrived an hour late to install a thermostat. He messed up the wiring which he is not licensed for and then said he could not install the thermostat and I needed an HVAC person. Yes I did because he messed up the wiring. Air conditioning did not even work after he left.

      So far a very poor experience dealing with their customer service. There are two issues I experienced. First, their customer service. None of them were able to help me schedule an appointment for installation of one of their hardware products. I had already bought and paid for the hardware and installation, they just needed to reference the order, and schedule the appointment. I was passed from one person to the next for over an hour. Second, their phone system is messed up, I kept getting placed on hold as I mentioned however several times in a row, the que I was in reset and I had to start over. I waited for ***** min at a time each time, and I spoke to 5 different customer service members. In order to get anything done, they had to place me on hold. And thats where I would get lowest in the question again and start over with someone new. I waited for so long, that the 3rd party they were trying to book my appointment with actually closed their office for the day, and OnTech told me to call back the next day...pathetic. This business is just a middle man. And they clearly are skimping on the cost/quality of their customer service, and their internal IT ********************.

      Could not be happier with this service AAAAA+++++. Very very knowledgable and very patient while teaching me about software. So happy, price is so competitive!!
