      Excellent service, on time. The technician took time to explain the system. Very patient and assisted in placement of security devices. I would highly recommend ******************

      Very knowledgeable technician. Was able to answer any of the questions I had. Explained the operations and workings of the system he installed. Also made sure he kept the house clean while installing my equipment. Picked up ********** and packaging. Great guy

      I am so disappointed with OnTech. They promised me a refund months ago. And I have yet to recieve it. All I get is give it **** days. They said they were mailing me a check months ago. I do not trust them anymore and I will not recommend them to anyone. I thought I had found someone I could trust to do other tech jobs for me. Plus the tech that was sent to my house was not very knowledgeable. He had to look everything up on ******* I could have done that. Plus he looked like he had just got out of bed.

      Completely disappointed with their "customer service". Installation was scheduled for last Saturday (after full payment was made by credit card), but I received a phone call an hour before my appointment, saying that the technician was no longer available due to a family emergency. Installation was then re-scheduled for the following Tuesday (today), from 8:00-10:00am. I received a call at 8:30am, again saying that the technician was no longer available. Called the customer service line and all they could say was that they would email the dispatcher, and hopefully the dispatcher would call me back. A big fat "0" for serving customers well. I honestly feel like this could be an online scam.

      I was completely satisfied with OnTech and my service technician- he was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and answered all of my questions. I am very happy with my Ring security system.
