      This company is scammers, I placed an order online, they sent a dusty and defective product, I returned it and after intense complaints they decided that they would not give the full refund, the product was never opened and was sent just as I received it, they are scammers.

      Theyre a very ******************** starting with sending an email about the scheduled appointment. They updated the appointment time when it changed. The Tech called when he was leaving his last appointment. He arrived on time and put shoe covers on. He shared with me what he was doing. We had started to do the installation ourselves and when it came to the Technical part there was no way we would have been able to complete the installation. He spent a lot of time on the phone getting information to complete the install. I Would Definitely recommend their services to Everyone

      The technician installed my outdoor OTA antenna. He was knowledgable, professional, accommodated the wiring path I preferred. He knew the region, broadcast towers, asked questions, listened. The price was very reasonable for the hour and 45 minutes to complete the job.

      Your company sent out 2 unqualified Tech's to install the SimpliSafe security system. They had no idea on how to install it. We sent the system back, and now you are refusing to reimburse us for the cost of the system. We are owed $445 dollars for poor services. we will never use you again for anything.

      The technician was prompt, courteous, friendly and professional. He installed my home security system without any problems. He explained what he was doing all along the process and helped me with using the phone app on my phone. There initially was a problem with the doorbell camera but he patiently troubleshooted the problem and got it working. He also cleaned up the boxes, papers, etc. as he worked. everything was cleaned up when he was done. great experience.
