  Worse company I have ever dealt with. Product arrived and the quality and support it offered wasn't as shown in the photos or ************* I requested to return product and got the runaround. They kept claiming they send correct order and referring to size. Only wanted to refund 20% of cost. Size wasn't issue. The quality and support were. It did not lift, was thin, cheap material and overall poorly made.

  Is zero stars an option? These bras are not built to do what they solicit. Just junk and do not fit or support as advertised. **************** is not existent and they do not respond to your return needs. They need to be decommissioned.

  I ordered the Brazers and I have to get to receive them. Its been over a month since I placed the order but no one has even responded to my emails for ************* to let me know when the order is.

  After seeing an advertisement on ******** for a bra that is reportedly designed by an elderly woman to provide comfort and support without wires, I went all through the ad post "pages" to research as much as I could about the company. Then I went to a website, kendally.com, and noticed the *******, ** address. At this point I felt I was ordering from a real ** company who would be required to back their product. The order was just received two days ago, 12/7/23 by US Mail. The packaging was not damaged. The bras themselves are nothing like what they claim to people to be. They have no support at all, they are not sized properly, they are very poorly made, they cut off your circulation if worn for a whole work day, and there is an inserted pad that is laughable since it moves, folds, etc. as you are wearing it. I went to the kendally.com website and read through the return policy. They will not refund due to size even if you bought the correct size based on the chart in the ad. They require you to send it back to England? The address at the bottom of their website it ********. They did state they were a US company. They do show a US address on the bottom of their website. No where in the ad did it state that they would not take the items back and give a refund if they did not ?t. The cost to ship the items to England with tracking and a signature through *** is ******. To send it **** would be *****. The company is offering people 10% of their money as a refund. This misrepresentation or neglectful omission should shut down companies and keep them from SCAMMING consumers. Please help protect future consumers from this company. It is not like they sell anything else. It is just bras. There is a public page on ******** full of complaints about the company titled Fraudulent ****** ******** Ads (Kendally.com).

  Garbage! Scam. Will not give money back and I only got 1 of the 3 I ordered. Flat out said they cannot give my money back. Product is not usable, its advertisement is a lie. Do not buy from them.

  If I could leave less stars then 1, I would. This company is the worst Ive ever dealt with. First the bras are c*** They have no support at all. I have bigger breast and I needed 3x which was still supposed to provide lift up and support and it doesnt. Second the company is based in another country so it took almost 4 months for me to receive them. Then they will not provide a full refund. They started off by offering me 20% refund which I refused, then it was 30% and now its at 40%. They said they would give me a 100% refund is I paid for the return shipping which around $20-$30. I left a negative review on their page twice and they deleted it both times. Their customer support is also c*** Do not buy from this company. Youll be 100% disappointed and out $50.00

  Kendally is a scam. I had purchased 3 bras from them and what they sent me is garbage. The bra hung off of me like a rag, there was NO support and/or coverage. I wondered why there was no information in the packaging for returns or replacements, and now I know why. When I finally found the contact information and asked them about returning their "merchandise" they told me that I had 15 days to contact them to get a refund. I missed that **** by two days. I explained that most companies have a 30-day return policy and it was undisclosed in anything that I had gotten for that, return label or any else for that matter. In their defense they offered me 20% off of any other purchase. I would never ever think of patronizing them again after what they sold me and how poorly it was made. They are definitely a scam.

  I purchased two bras and they finally arrived and I was excited to try them on. I opened one and tried it on. And it was nowhere as supportive as their videos and ads show. Soft, but not supportive or lifting, and therefore I could not wear them. I emailed them and sent photos of the label and packages as they requested and they would not issue a refund because the bras are not damaged in any way. They will accept a return if I pay shipping back to their warehouse in Asia for $25 or more! Other manufacturers accept returns and refunds when an item does not fit but this one will not. Buyer beware!

  This company is a total fake, and I would leave NO STARS IF POSSIBLE The items I purchased were 3 bras from Kendally which were advertised all over Face Book, which was supposed to create cleavage give support and removes back fat and is good for ANY body type.The items received do NOTHING as advertised-in fact my b**** where saggier than prior to wearing the Kendally bra. It's cheap scratchy material and the lace does nothing when hooked to the eye section that supposedly creates the push up cleavage.Waste of money. I tried to return the bras and they advised in a black and white email that the bras don't fit everybody, even though they have a thick body type on the advertisement, which is my body type. They have refused to give me a pre-paid return label and return my hard-earned money.It's a TOTAL SCAM
