    I would never recommend this company to anyone. The shipping took forever. The reviews on their website have to be fabricated. My bras arrived today and they are of poor quality and not at all what is pictured on their website. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their website contains false advertising and their "customer service" is a joke. I purchased two bras from this website. They were very poorly manufactured, had bad stitching and loose strings. The fabric was cheap and flimsy, and looked nothing like the bras pictured on the website. Nor did they support like the bras featured on the website. I asked to return the bras and was initially told they did not accept returns, but offered me a 20% refund. I asked twice more for a full refund, they upped the offer to 30% saying they didn't accept returns, and finally agreed to a refund if I shipped the bras to ******** ($20 postage) for more than half the cost I paid for the bras. I couldn't get any further with the "customer service," so since I had purchased the bras through PayPal they stepped in and got me a 50% refund. This took a full month to "resolve" only because I finally capitulated and accepted half the cost of something I will throw away as completely unusable. If I could choose no stars, I would. BUYER BEWARE.

    I finally received my bra after 4 weeks and its this cheap piece of garbage! It looks nothing like advertised and definitely doesnt fit correctly. The only thing correct with this product is the color. If you are in ** why was my product shipped to ***** and then to ******** for delivery to **. Cant get through to a human to get my refund!

    TRASH: like others, the ad for the Kendally Bra looked intreging and pretty. So I bought two, in two different sizes. Fit awful, awful quality of fabric, thin, flimsy; makes you sweat. the portion that makes the "cups" is a piece of molded styrofam. how do i know? i made a little slit inside the cup and pulled it out. If you meet the unreaistic return policy the location is out of *******, and shipping would cost over the price of the item. this is the product that will casue me to NEVER buy from an on line advertiser. the item is TRASH. they need to stop making more trash. I'm not a negative person. So highly disapionted in this product that i want to protect others.

    I wished I had read reviews everywhere for this product. I ordered the product based on the description and it's own website reviews. This "bra" does absolutely nothing. The product came in a plastic envelope with not packing instructions, and there is no mention of size on the actual product itself. I learned about their obnoxious return policies after arrival. If zero stars were an option.... worst product I've ever purchased on the internet-- if I had seen the product in person, I would have purchased it.

    ??BUYER BEWARE!??This company is a SCAM! The product is of poor quality and construction. Does NOT stretch; does NOT lift; does not support!!!!! Anything they say it will do - it does not!!!! Then read the return policy . . . they wont take them back except if it is a manufacturing error and you must return items to *******. Why cant you just purchase items that the seller stands behind!?! Im learning to read ALL return policies before I even purchase. These are headed to Goodwill; but I doubt anyone will be happy with them. If they were free I wouldnt take one! They are nothing like the advertisement in any way ??

    I was charged the full amount immediately. The company provided a tracking number right away. but when I tracked the shipment, it had not actually trackable as it was not shipped for weeks. I am guessing they were in a container ship somewhere. When the (3) products finally arrived (3-4 weeks later) they were marked 2 different sizes, none of which fit even though I had followed their fitting guidelines. They do not even come close to the description or photos. They are very cheaply made and clearly they have no quality control.After much ado (I called and emailed them multiple times with no response,) I disputed the charge with my credit card company.I have not had any luck in returning for credit other than 10% or 40% credit for replacement. I am not wasting any more time on this but buyer beware!

    I wished I saw this review before I purchased. I tried to phone headquarters about shipment but got auto-******. I purchased 3 of these bras because I thought it was legit. Sadly I was mistaken,Please do not order these bras they are worth a h*** of lot less then I paid for them like a dollar store which they up by .25 cents now and does no support to my breast at all.purchase for christmas 2023 Terrible!!!!!Jalston
