    Worst company ever. Ordered a month ago and still never received my package. And I cannot get a hold of anyone. Such a scam and ripoff.

    I ordered three bras same size; I got the three cheaply made bras but the sizes were horribly off, one was too small, one fit better but still too small and the other was huge AND they all had the same size label. I tried to email Kendally, and the emails kept bouncing back. I phoned them and the calls never went through, it will just hang up. I looked them up online and read about their return policy which is simply unattainable (6hr/12hr return/exchange time frame). The incredible cost to return the bras was ridiculous! It is definitely a scam and I hope the BBB puts a stop to this.

    False advertisement for the quality of their product (support bras).No return information included once the product arrived.Phone number listed is not in service.Consumer scam. Stuck with a cheap item with no use. ******** should review potential businesses before allowing them an info-commercials.The company is based out of a warehouse in ********* ** and its contact phone number is a ******** number.

    SACM!!!!!!! I ordered 2 bras. They took 21 days to arrive. When I opened the package the first sight told me I had made a huge mistake. The center ****** cover pads resembled something an exotic dancer would wear on stage and were sewn off center closer to the side of the bra cup. The cups were very thin, sheer and poor quality. The wrap bands were little more than stretchy strings and the clasps on the wrap bands would not hold in the hook and eye clasp no matter how I tried. The size i ordered was correct for me. The size I got was way too big for the beige bra, like 2 sizes too big and the black bra was more like an extra small. They were both labeled the same size. I immediately emailed the company for refund request. 4 business days later I got a reply that told me unless there was manufacturing damage, they would only replace the bras with other ones if I could prove damage at the manufacturing level. Damage done in shipping would be replaced if I paid the 30$ return postage. No other refunds or exchanges would be made. I could not get a way to contact them via phone and each email took longer and longer to get a response on. The bottom line is they will not give you a refund no matter what you do. Their product is c*** and they know it is c*** but will keep your money regardless. SCAM! Don't waste your time or your money on this inferior product from less than honest company.

    HORRIBLE COMPANY!! I ordered 3 bras and none of them did what was advertised! The quality is s**t beyond belief! They would NOT refund me my money. They said all they could do was refund 10% & THAT NEVER happened! Gave me an excuse that their swipe system wasnt working & theyll send me a FREE GIFT! I DONT like their merchandise so why would I want a free gift from them?!?! I just want my hard earned money back!! This company ***** & should be shut down & not allowed to advertise or be in business! They should refund EVERYONE THEIR MONEY BACK & have criminal charges pressed against them! Do NOT believe a **** word of their advertising! Theyre ******************

    These are the worst bras I have ever purchased. They are cheap, have little to no stretch, and offer no support or lift as they claim. The worst of it is that they will not issue me a refund!! They are requiring me to have the mailing package!! It was small which caused me to tear the whole thing. It could not be used again and I, as normal, put it in the trash. This is a disgrace and shame on them!

    FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!! Biggest waste of money!!! I wish I would not have purchased their lousy product. You can only return the item if it is damaged. Zero support!!! I could make a better bra than this! This is dollar tree quality. They should seriously get sued for false advertisement!

    I questioned whether this site, kendally.com, was a scam but after reading the reviews provided, I thought I'd risk it. I should have known, and I think I did know, that it was "too good to be true." Seeing a ******** or Instagram ad for bras designed by an older woman for older women, I was intrigued. Interestingly, after I made the order, I've not seen or been able to find any of those ads again which is undoubtedly designed that way. Get your order, then disappear. I ordered on January 12 using Paypal to seller listed as ******************* ***************** and received on Feb 1. The origin of the shipment was ***** and took the typical time to ship, go through Customs, and arrive.Like other reviewers have said, the garment material was substandard. Extremely stretchy and inadequate for bra material. On visual examination, the design resembled what the advertisement showed. However, upon trying it on, it was obvious that the material was completely unsuited because it was too stretchy and the fit was completely off. I followed the size chart provided on the ad, but there was no way I could completely get it on. The ***** side pieces were not long enough to hook, and the shoulder straps were too long and would not stay on shoulders. It looked like the bra was made with leftover pieces, a composition of several sizes, and none of them mine.I immediately went to the site and wrote a review which I knew would not be published because it was poor. There are only 10 reviews on the site and all are 5 stars. Returning it would be a ridiculous waste of money.I think this site is saying everything correctly, but just enough to not be a legitimate scam. And of course, you CAN return the item. It will just cost you. You lose any which way you deal with this company.

    I order a bra December 13,2023 and i still have not received it and they refuse to refund my money back. The tracking information hasnt been saying anything and when i called the number on their website its no longer a working number. I have contacted them multiple times through email and nothing. This company is in ***************** but according to shipment it was coming from *****. They dont deserve a star

    Do not buy. The quality was unbelievably low and their return policy is such that they will not take back unopen products. It is a scam.
