  I ordered 2 bras. I only opened one and it was not how it looked online. Very cheap made and did not fit like it showed. I requested a refund and had to take 3 pictures to show them product and then was told they would give me a 25 percent refund and 20 percent off another order. Why would I want another cheap made product from them. They are false advertising and scamming people.

  This company is a total joke. They send you below standard products and offer a fraction of what you paid when you tell them you are not satisfied. They make you send pics of what they sent you, they also want a picture of the package you received it in just to tell you that they would be happy to send you more of the terrible product or 30% of what you paid.

  i ordered on april 27 paid for , have contacted them several times they say its being processed, it is ow jun 15 and still have not recieved product, tracking says its been completed.

  If possible i would have left a negative star rating. Product was low quality and gave no support. I feel I was treated as a criminal when i requested a return label especially as the bra hook was damaged. When I first saw the add, I partially completed the order. Then I received their offer for free shipping. So I did take advantage of the free shipping. That was the only good thing. I did request a free return shipping from the Kendally company, I felt I was treated like a criminal going thru their return process. If it wasn't for the damaged hook, I would have donated the bra. I thought about using it as a pull toy for my dog but but due to its flimsy quality, I just discarded it. So bottom line for me, it was a $14.98 learning experience with Kendally.com Just happy I was saved their shipping fee.

  I ordered the bra that I wanted which was a comfy corset bra front cross side buckle with the last day of 70% off. Well, I received the wrong bra and wrong size. I didnt even bother to open it. I cannot find a phone number and i cannot even pull up the website to see if can return it. I was really looking forward to try it but at this point I want a refund.

  These bras are poor quality. I have tried several emails to return bras for a refund. They reply with same email about responding in ***** hours. I have gotten no where with them. Very disappointing.

  The company and their products are garbage. Cheaply made and their sizes are incorrect. No one who wears the size I ordered would actually be able to get them on, let alone wear them. After reading the other reviews, I'm glad I only purchased 2 of the corset bras for right around $30, but I definitely could have put that towards something else. If you don't believe us, and want to try anyway, there are products just like theirs in Amazon. At least then when you find out how horrible they are you'll have a better chance of getting a refund.

I bought the Comfy Corset Bra Front Cross Side Buckle Lace Bras. They SUCK!!!They will not refund your money unless the product is damaged or if they send you the wrong size. They are very cheaply made and the bra insert pads are not removable. The bras were individually packaged but the padding in them was all crumpled up and they had all types of creases in them so you cannot wear them unless you want your b****** to look like you have foreign objects protruding off of them!! They are not comfortable at all. I ordered six of them and it was a waste of money! The straps are uncomfortable and they are very cheaply made. **************** ***** and they will not help you at all. Do not buy this product! Absolutely horrible!!!Date of experience: May 20, 2024.

  This company had a compelling ad on ******** regarding bras. I was unhappy with the way my bras fit so I decided to order. The ad read as though the price was discounted and was only temporary. Due to the urgency in the ad, I ordered 3 at a total price of just over $42. Nothing in the ad addressed returns and it did not occur to me that it would be unfair. I ordered my standard size. It took over a month to arrive but I was not alarmed. They were so small that I could not get them over my head (they were made so that was the only way to put them on). I could not get the *********** to work so I compared the bras to the photos in the ad. There was little resemblance. The *********** in the photo were plastic coated. The ones on the actual bras were not coated. The bras not only didnt fit but they were cheaply made and nothing I would wear if they did fit. I contacted the company about a return. Although the company was shown as being in the ** and the return address was in the **, they told me I would have to return to ******* at my own expense. I checked on shipping rates to ******* and it would cost over $36. The company finally offered me a refund of 30%. I accepted the refund of 30% because it was more than what I would profit after paying shipping to *******. After waiting several weeks for the 30% refund, I contacted them again to only learn that the only way they could refund me was through PayPal. Reluctantly, I sent them my Paypal ****** finally received a refund of $13.50. I will never order anything advertised on ******** again. This company is not legit and they do not stand behind their products.

  This Company should be shut down and all customers get there Money back. They are advertising false information regarding there Bras, right out lying to customers. Received my order after a month and it was nothing more than a cheap flimsy bra, no support at all. The advertisement was all based on how great the support was on the bras. The company is just a Big Scam!! No refund and no return e-mail. Hoping the BBB can take some kind of action.
