    *BUYER BEWARE*I ordered a set of bras from this company though an ad while playing Words with Friends (the ads pop up between games on FB). It was taking a while to hear anything from them so I emailed them, they informed me they are shipped from ***** and were waiting for confirmation, etc. I told them I don't want ANY products from *****, their site did not SAY *****, and to give me a refund and cancel my account. This went back and forth over a couple of weeks of them saying various things to appease me and I told them I would be returning the package when it arrives. My package apparently arrived at the post office a couple of weeks later, and was returned by them, not me, because the company had put only HALF of my address on the package! So when I got that alert when searching for the tracking info, I emailed them about it, REMINDED them I wanted to cancel it and get a refund, they said they'd send a replacement, I said TO THE WRONG ADDRESS AGAIN? I wrote again 2 weeks ago that if this wasn't resolved in two weeks, I would contact the BBB and any other resources to report them. I haven't heard a word back! DBA *******************

    Total scam! Purchased two bras for over $60 and when they arrived they were completely NOT what they claimed - didnt even look the same. I contacted them and of course they said I should of read the fine print and they have no return policy if the item is not damaged or similar to the picture of the product online. Do not buy from this company for you will be duped!!! They get away with it and will continue for online shopping regs are non-existent. Buyer beware!!!!

    the bras are not sized correctly, the sizes are at least one size too small. There is no support and the straps are not adjustable, therefore, they keep falling down.

    It is a scam business. The product is horrible. The return policy is non-existent. I am glad that I only paid $16 as I am throwing away the bra.

    BRA is not at all like the video. It is cheap and a scam and lace is sooo thin.The bra is worth about $2 not $17. Worst quality bra I have ever seen. Shame on Kendally and shame on me for not reading the BBB reviews first. If you notice, Kendally only lists 5 star reviews, I wrote a 1 Star and it won't show up. FRAUD AND A SCAM. Another scam company from *****.

    I waited months got half my order and the ones I got were not even close to the size. I even emailed them pictures. I wish I could give negative stars.

    I ordered 2 in the same size. I researched to be sure they were a ** company, but after I placed my order found that the product was coming from *****. It took weeks to arrive and one was significantly smaller than the other. I used their website to report this discrepancy. The email response is from "Orla Support", not Kendally. After weeks of emails and my sending pictures of the size difference, they claim they sent the correct size of both. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

    I had a bad experience with this particular company. I ordered some bras, but they took 2 months to arrive. Sadly, they do not fit me at all, and I have requested a refund by sending a complaint. However, I have not received any response from them yet, and whenever I try to call them, I only get a busy signal. Hence, I would advise you to stay cautious before making any purchases from them.One star is too many!

    SCAM all the way around!!! This company does not deserve even one star. Don't waste your money or time. The product is complete c*** Extremely poor quality manufacturing and fabric. The shipping took 7 weeks and I only received one of two products ordered and paid for. Now I'm in a fight to get my money refunded. They are refusing to refund my money due to a "payment gateway issue" and instead, want to send me a dorky free Christmas gift that looks like a five year old made it. This is so frustrating. I should have come here to research before buying. There are A LOT of false reviews about how good this product is.
