  You cant be a sweepstakes site if you dont give out free credits when I send in postal requests. Luckyland is refusing to pay my credits without telling me why. I am a diamond duck (vip status) and they still pull this ****  Stay away!!!!

  I know that most people are here to complain and argue the facts of their issue. But I wanted to say that luckyland slots was more than fair considering I was violating one of their rules about having multiple accounts. Now did I know about them no I didn't in fact I completely forgot which is why I made a few new ones over the years. Never won anything big but I have put $20, $50, and tons of $10 buy ins of chips. Got up a few thousand but always put it back. This time I hit for 21k dollars.. couldn't believe. But yeah they paid me and let me choose a bunch of gift cards.. they are a fair company and I wanted anyone in charge to know that not everyone gets a bad deal. I got a fair treatment considering that the violation of the rules should have had me banned and stripped of the winnings. So thank you to luckyland. You guys rock

  Frfr it pays. I've cashed out more times than cashed in, and my girl has done the same. Everyone on here qqing that they don't pay are the ones that never hit in a tournament or can't/dont spin anything over the minimum. To win big you must spin big. That's the most basic principle with gambling anywhere. Anyways, it pays and support answers. Give these men and women a break, how many people you think their team has jumping down their necks over the bad luck they just had. Go cry into your pillow or be a winner and walk away with your head up when you go bust. Bet you are not writing them about a big win when you get one. Big bet you don't.

  I made SOME purchases with the company, then I had random purchases popping up multiple times a day for larger amounts. I contacted them to ask about the charges. They immediately froze the account taking away access to what I did purchase, basically told me I was out of luck. I contacted the bank and disputed the charges, they responded with TOS. My card info was not saved to my account. They are not willing to work with my in ANY WAY even on a partial reimbursement or certain charges. The worst customer service, they do NOT respond with answers they respond with bullet points from their 20 pages of TOS.

  I have been trying to get a Prize Redemption for over 2 weeks now. They will not send me any instructions on my email and will not respond after I've asked them many times through their Support email. I just want my prize. It's not even that much money. I changed my request from money to a gift card. Please somebody help.

  DO NOT waste YOUR MONEY HERE. THIS CASINO ONLY TAKE TAKE TAKES, *** TRIED ALMOST EVERY GAME AND SPENT COUNTLESS HOURS ACCEPTING NICKEL AND DIME DAILY REWARDS THEN HAVE DEPOSITED hundreds and hundreds OF DOLLARS AND I HAVE NEVER NEVER EVER REACHED THE POINT I COULD CASH OUT. IM THINKING THIS IS A DATA USER WE ARE JUST SUPPLYING WITH POWER AND INFO, AND MONEY, AND WE ARENT REALLY GAMBLING. ITS A FARCE.

  Yes they do pay if you win but trust me I been playing for like 2 years now and I have never won anything over 800 but I have put a lot more in it people say if you wanna win more you gotta play more well never has worked with me I put 800 at 15 a spin just to see and lost every dime but yes they will put your winnings in your account but you will never come Out ahead

  I really think it's messed up that they're trying to ban me and get me for something I didn't do and saying that they got to charge back on my account when I was incarcerated when this all wouldn't happen I got locked ** in 2017 and got around 2021 and I ain't had no knowledge about looking at lots at all until a month or so ago when I found out that they won't let me get an account cuz I didn't know what was going on when I got locked up someone stole my information and we're using my email and everything else they could.

  I will give you the total story.1. You sign up 2. They give you big wins at the beginning . ( now youre hooked)3. You will really think youre lucky so you will end up depositing and playing alot , until you lose more then you won. Now, The losing streak begins.4. You now deposited ****s and The bets you play will control your mind, you start betting $10 and winning $9-$12 waiting for a bonus.5. You get a bonus now and the outcome is only below $180 on $10 spins.6. You think you will fix this the next day/week and so you deposit more and more money yet end up losing it.7. Now you're win/loss ratio is around -4k to -8k and keeps going. 8. They give that 4k to 8k to another new winner who will post his/her wins on ****** or ******** and then they repeat the same thing with him/her again. Ripping the player off every dollar until his/her win-loss is way negative . 9. Finally they take all your infinite losses as profit.This is not regulated by any Legal U.S authority and is total fraud.A social gaming platform should be fair and not predatory.
