    Their bonus screws you over. You sign up, put your money on it and they give you a bonus. Then you have to win 500 to basically repay their $60 bonus before you can cash out.

    One of the absolute worst social casinos on the internet. It has become impossible to win anything and the gameplay is subpar at best. The slots are outdated and slow, the *** is set really low and you almost never win anything. 3 years playing here and I may have had a 100x win twice. It is such a crappy casino. Spend your money elsewhere.

    They send you deals when you've never played before they offer you things when they know you have never won and found out you can't cash out before this business is a complete scam I've got so close to cashing out and then it is a road block me with the requirements to cash out are they roadblock you with the fact that you never won so you had to create another account to even be able to possibly have a chance to cash out either way they know that they can get out of paying you and that's what they do so if you want to blow your money and never get nothing in return play lucky land they got you all day......

    I didn't know the refund policy and asked for a refund due to dissatisfaction with their site they locked my account had me fill out a responsibility game player form so I did and then they told me they were closing my account permanently and was not able to make a new account. This is by far the worst customer service I have received for an online casino platform.

    Worst online casino site ever. It's hilarious because I don't think I could even come up with the total amount of money I have deposited with these worthless pieces of trash. They need to be put out of business. Simple as that. I'm all for casinos. But casinos that actually pay out once in awhile. Avoid Luckyland at all costs. Lately I've noticed nothing hits. Not one of their stupid slots will hit. Not a single one. Also coincidentally? Since I've noticed this horrible site and casino become the absolute worst? They have been updating their site, and application like every other day. I'm sure they are just greasing hands under a table somewhere to run game on poor old people who just need a little bit of excitement in their lives in this crazy world. There's a dark, hot place these people have seats reserved in VIP for them already. Their despicable. Beyond despicable.

    I wouldn't even give them one star but I did enjoy playing, after 5 years of playing I won a lousy 100 dollars and tried for 4 months to get paid out and they had every excuse under the sun not to pay me. I mean they went as far as asking me for screen shots of myself with had written notes with date and time and drivers license and just a bunch of kid games. long story short. IT AINT WORTH IT AND NNOOO I NEVER DI GET PAID

    Although this company has been getting bad reviews they are very much willing to work with people even after I had broke the rules and created more than 3 accounts I hit a jackpot for over 21k dollars. They said that I had to choose the account I wanted to keep and choose to delete the others. I didn't know which account was attached to my ******** account but even still they said if I chose to delete the account with the winnings they will allow me to play through and keep what I win after playing through the credits. More than fair. Lucky me I chose to keep the account with the winnings. I got to get the winnings put to my bank account with no hassle and I chose over 7k worth of gift cards all in working order no hassle. This casino is getting a bad name off of those trying to cheat the gaming system. I want to let anyone in charge know that they are more than fair and they are not trying not to pay people but everything they ask for has to match up or anyone can fraudulently make casino accounts and try to take the advantage over the house. Thank you for considering my review. Good day
