      Luckyland after taking my money with no problem, have a problem to verify my account....credit card, passport, bills with my address all checked out and picture. I used my last husband name to open the account and they don't let me change it

      Luckyland Slots Uses the clauses in their terms of agreement to enable themselves to Essentially do what and whatever they want to do anybody at any time. Over a four year period I have used Lucky land a lot. If I had known what I know now I wouldve stayed away and not continue to play nor Would I encourage others to play/participate. During this time I had spent $497,000 and I had received Prize redemptions at $289,000. Now Just so this is clear the amount of money that I have spent includes the money that I had one at times, however after providing ad quit amount of financial means to participate, Given efficient means of bank accounts when I had mentioned the amount of money I had spent during an email exchange is when everything changed. They accused me of money laundering, Stealing and also fraudulent Usage of money to continue my gameplay. They slandered, Tarnished and most importantly defamation of character! They Also grossly made false statements that I found appalling in by no means they have any right to put me down. Of course its after they made $200,000 off me in the green *** convenient? This company needs to be brought to justice because I guarantee you. I am not the only one.! THEY should be Accountable To pay anybody who they have accused unfairly and unjustifiably, while Characterizing as fraudulent, Money laundering, character assassinating, and lastly defamation of character! Money should be used to pay these individuals And stop companies like this from doing whatever whenever they want! I didnt get Any tax information from them where is it? Theyre unbelievable and theyre getting away with it and theyre not the only ones.

      I won a jackpot prize months ago and was deactivated. I keep getting the run around that they are looking into it and will be contacting me with answers. I would not recommend anyone to use this site .

      Their bonus screws you over. You sign up, put your money on it and they give you a bonus. Then you have to win 500 to basically repay their $60 bonus before you can cash out.

      One of the absolute worst social casinos on the internet. It has become impossible to win anything and the gameplay is subpar at best. The slots are outdated and slow, the *** is set really low and you almost never win anything. 3 years playing here and I may have had a 100x win twice. It is such a crappy casino. Spend your money elsewhere.

      They send you deals when you've never played before they offer you things when they know you have never won and found out you can't cash out before this business is a complete scam I've got so close to cashing out and then it is a road block me with the requirements to cash out are they roadblock you with the fact that you never won so you had to create another account to even be able to possibly have a chance to cash out either way they know that they can get out of paying you and that's what they do so if you want to blow your money and never get nothing in return play lucky land they got you all day......

      I didn't know the refund policy and asked for a refund due to dissatisfaction with their site they locked my account had me fill out a responsibility game player form so I did and then they told me they were closing my account permanently and was not able to make a new account. This is by far the worst customer service I have received for an online casino platform.
