  TOTAL SCAM. CASHED OUT A JACKPOT AND NEVER RECEIVED IT. ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH AND NOT ONE PERSON HAS RESPONDED TO MY 30 EMAILS I HAVE SENT.

  Lucky land slots and Chumba Casino use the same platform and in playing these games I find that their games are all rigged - you can spin and spin and keep depositing your money one deposit after another and spin every game 10 - 20 -30 times and win nothing and then if you do win, you win less than the money that you just lost you loose $30 - and they let you win $.10 cents or 5 cents.I played every game and when I did win I was able to withdraw and it wasnt even a lot I was able to withdraw $100 $50 a couple more times but then when you go to play again, you end up spending the money that you won and depositing multiple times before they allow you to win again, I have noticed once I deposit 100 or more dollars. They allow me to win a little bit and then again if you won enough to withdraw once you withdraw you end up using that money again because they dont allow you to win unless you lose that money that you just won on top of money that youre depositing and I believe their platform is programmed to do this so lucky land slots, and Chumba casino can stay afloat. I have also noticed that their support staff is useless - If I send an email questioning my concerns or issues their support staff replies with responses by copying and pasting the same reply for every issue a player has Ive emailed tons of emails to them about issues and their support is useless- they dont even look into the issues. They actually just copy and paste the same exact reply for every problem or issue a player might have. theyre useless and they should be shut down. In reading these reviews I can see that enough of us have already complained regarding the same issues. These websites should be shut down its illegal and theyre making money with false advertisement and rigged games.I have already had my account deactivated. The *** and all his/her/they staff should be arrested and charged for running an illegal website and stealing money.

  Luckyland is a devastatingly horrible experience, the brutality in the slot play results is absolutely shocking! Im guessing very little if any oversight on this site. The consistency on the losing is astonishing, hardly random results, random would be acceptable. Ive had a group of people sit and watch a session of luckyland slot play,lets just say they were horrified by the efficiency of the losing! Unimaginable amount of consecutive losing spins.   Won 675 and took about a week to go through verification. Finally got "approved" and 10 days layer they email me saying the bank rejected it. I've had this bank US Bank for awhile now. I copied and pasted the account and routing number so I don't know what caused it to not go through. To make matters worse they put it back in my luckyland account and now I have to go through the ** verification all over again. So now I'm guessing it will be another ********************************************************* It's a shame when I won I told all my family members about it. They were going to sign up until I didn't recieve my winnings like everyone expected.

  I won $400.47 and requested payment on 10/22/2022 And was told that it would be 5 to 7 days it's been over the 5-7 days and I have Yet to receive payment When I email customer support they tell me that they are working on it but nothing ever happens. I have looked online and there are many other people that have not received payment.

  I have only played the free games with the few coins they give for daily bonus . It seems that many have issues cashing out so that makes me skeptical of ever depositing any of my money. Been playing luckyland about six months and so far no luck . As I've said only play with what they give to play for free but have let it build up some to give it right back. Have won a couple dollars here and there only a couple needless to say they get it right back. I get a vibe that most likely I'll never really win anything when you do hot it's usually only for what you bet many times it'll be less. I give two stars because you can play for free and maybe I'll win an amount worth cashing out and hopefully will not have issues if I ever do. I don't believe I ever will win anything honestly it just seems off, but that might just be me . I do appreciate the opportunity to win if it exist I recommend them to people but I always tell them don't deposit money in it for it believe it's best to play for free just in case .
