On 8/16/25 I saw an hour long infomercial on ******** that included Oprah and a Dr. ***** Oprah said she did not use Mounjaro to lose the weight she recently lost but she lost it by taking Prozenith that included Himalayan Pink Salt, Berberine, Resveratrol, and Green Tea Extract and increased the production of GLP-1 just like Mounjari but had no side effects. Oprah said she was having a big special and paying half of the cost of 6 months of the product to help people. I paid $315.32 to Cart Panda Prozenith. They did send me a product of the 6 bottles I expected, and the product label says Prozenith but the ingredients only include Tumeric and Black Salt. The infomercial claimed they have a 60-day money back guarantee. I tried to reach out to Prozenith and only got an email address from the website. There was a phone number, but it was only to a second party that tracks shipments for multiple companies and that person provided me with the same email address that is listed on the website. I sent 3 emails with no response. I cannot believe AI is capable of making Oprah talk and I cannot believe a company would exploit people like this. I am embarrassed that I fell for this and just want my money back. I have included pictures of the emails I sent, the invoice I received when I paid for the product, and a few messages that I found on ******** when I looked up Prozenith that were from others who were dooped as well.Initial Complaint

I ordered from a video that ***** ******** was in and at the end you order 3 and 3 free @ 49./btl. and refund any time. I pd $294 through my Pay Pal. Received emails from a trainer and all. Had a cardiologist appt that Monday and my cardiologist said no salt for my heart and *** My primary said do not take becasuse of my thyroid and heart condition as well as my ** and leg swelling.I cant get the needles because can cause Thyroid Cancer and he said absolutely no. I received the package and still upopened and contacted ***** at customer service email *************************************** We exchanged several emails and told her I would return and like a refund for the product because it is a health issue that I cannot use their product. They made me fill out a form and tell why and amount etc. It's been a week and have not heard anything back. Finding out that this is an overseas scam company they are hoping I just get stuck with the product and keep my money. This is my ***** I told them. They keep asking me to fill out this form which I did. I have saved all the emailes from my private acct ***************************** and forwarded to my work email thinking it would be easier to upload for you and this complaint. I do have them but having trouble uploading. if there is an email I can send to BBB and use the order & tracking number i can do that. Please contact me for anything else you need. Re: Email Confirmation - Reference #****** I received a package from you but instead of 6 bottles it contained only 2 bottles. I am totally dissatisfied and disappointed. I want a full refund of $320.46. Plus I want a prepaid return shipping label sent to me to return the 2 bottles that you sent to me.What is being done to rectify this matter? I ordered Prozenith online, then could not verify it was safe to take with my current meds. I cancelled the order within 24 hours of placing it, received it anyway, returned it and can't get all my money back. I watched a video about this product which included celebrity recommendations I purchased the exact product mentioned during the video and was charged$318.11 immediately. The product was delivered approximately August 30. I immediately checked the ingredients on the 6 bottles and discovered that they included none of the promised ingredients (exactly as your other complaints) only a type of tumeric and a bulking ingredient. I called the service number and was told I must send an email which I did three times. I also received an offer to keep the product and apply my payment to coaching which is unacceptable. I advised them that I would like a full refund which was promised in their ad and on their web site. I offered to return the product and have not yet received instructions where to send it. So far I have only been sent a repeat of their offer to provide coaching. I am angry that this company is allowed to repeat their deceitful process and have since then read many similar complaints about them and even that the celebrity recommendation was false. I ordered 6 bottles of Prozenith on 6/28. Next day saw charge for 12 bottles. Tried to cancel the order that day and was told it shipped. Received the order on 7/15 and returned on 7/15 by Fed Ex. Delivered on 7/21/25. Gave them the tracking number and was acknowledged by Prozenith. No refund by 8/23/25. I called for a refund. Emailed on 8/30/25 again. No response at all.Initial Complaint

I ordered 3 bottles of Prozenith capsules on July 13 and took them as directed, but I had no results. They didn't work as promised so according to their website I returned the product on August 16, 2025 along with my written and signed request to refund my money. Tracking shows that they received the product on August 19. Today is Sept. 1 and I'm trying to get my refund. They keep trying to get me to click on a link for an electronic form that is asking me to jump through hoops including submit a video to get my refund. Nowhere on their website does it say that this is required to get a refund. By the way, the website indicated I have 60 days. If not happy a full refund would be issued. I watched a lengthy podcast with ***** ******* about Prozenith during which she clearly states that those who watch the entire video will receive 3 bottles and only pay for 3 (i.e., 6 bottles for the price of 3).After watching the entire video, I was redirected to the webstore for Prozenith on Cart Panda. I selected the option for 3 bottles with 3 bottles free. The price displayed was $49 per bottle. In order to complete ones purchase, one is required to click through 2-3 additional pages trying to upsell. I clicked No thanks each time and eventually completed the purchase. No price was displayed on the final page and I monitored my phone to make sure the charge reflected 3 x $49. To my surprise, I was billed $321.59!I reached out to customer service to try and correct the order. I was informed they were not aware of any offer for 3 bottles and 3 bottles for free. I instructed them to cancel my order and reverse the charges based on Oprah Winfreys podcast statement that customers would receive a full refund if they were dissatisfied for any reason. Instead, I was asked to fill out an online form to cancel my order. The online process prompted me to keep the product.I informed customer service that I would dispute the charge if posted and refuse/return any product which was delivered.While customer service seemed concerned that I might report the transaction to BBB, it did not result in them cancelling my order. This took place 8-30-25 I watch a very long video of ***** ******* pitching the pink salt trickIt was very convincing & how she put all the ingredients from ***** together & working with a Doctor Onia to give to her friends, then she pitches the product called Prozenith I thought it was legitimate because of Oprah, so I ordered 3 bottles for $227.18 using my ****** account I was immediately transported to a page where I was pressured to purchase 6 bottles, I refused this & was sent to another page where I was offered to change my 3 bottle order to a 6 bottle order for $256.18 I saw it as a small savings so I bitthis was a big mistake! They suckerd me into making a new order for $256.18 this took place without giving me a chance to review my order.When I saw this on my ****** account I tried to contact them it was not the product company, it was a company called Cartpanda with a bad reputation and lots of complaints I tried to call them because I had no other number, I was on the phone for almost an hour when an agent answered she kept saying hello, hello, I cant hear you! Im going to hang up now. So, after that I suspected I was scammed and I went online and found I was scammed! Oprah has never had any to do with pink salt trick or the Product called Prozenith people online say the product is fake and nothing more than Turmeric powder.I do not want this product!! It was sold to me under false ************************** these people and the company should be in jailI called my credit card & put a freeze on the payment and the bank will be investigating them on fraud
