      The company refuses to respond to my inquiries about my refund. When I call, the person on the phone hung up on me and would only give me the customer service email address as a method of communication and just told me to wait for them to respond. When I email, they only try to sell me more services and never actually answer my question. They have a 100% guarantee but, apparently you have to fight for a refund, that is if you can. I have proof of delivery that Prozenith received my return and yet they have not issued a refund.

      I bought the product and they did not disclose that the main ingredient was tumeric. I am highly allergic to tumeric. The ad said 100% money back guarantee. I sent the product back 2 day priority but forgot to get the tracking number. I put all my information inside the package. They refuse to give me my money back without a tracking number. The phone number I was given is a third party number which they wouldnt help me either.

      8/18/25 I watched an infomercial on FB featuring ***** ******* purporting to explain the "pink salt trick", weight loss claims, and explanation of product and why it works. I made an online purchase of 6 bottles on 8/18. They were shipped via ***** on 8/19 and arrived 8/22/25. The total cost, including tax, was $323.11. The Prozenith commercial stated the bottles would contain pink salt, green tea extract, berberine and resveratrol. The infomercial stated that this combination of ingredients as a supplement boosts metabolism and assists in weight loss. The package I received 8/22/25 contains 6 bottles of a product labeled "Prozenith", the total ingredients listed on the bottles are 2 forms of tumeric and black pepper. The prozenith company requests email request for returns; I emailed them immediately (8/22/25 @ 1715 hrs PDT). Receiving no response, I emailed again 8/26/25 @ 1015 hrs PDT. Still no response. Due to the fact this company is either blatantly conducting false advertising, or inadvertently sent me the wrong product, I have requested a prepaid return label to send the brand new, unopened, unused product back to them. I expect to receive a 100% refund ($323.11); I do not accept that I should be expected to pay for the return shipping.

      The product was being sold through a podcast I saw on ****** and it was a ** that supposedly invented it along with Oprah who supposedly funded the supplements. I was charged twice almost 600$ and when I reached out to get my refund I was unable to resolve any of my issues and did not receive a refund for the extra money charged on my debit card. I am disputing it with my bank at the moment.

      I purchased this product for weight loss. It is Tumeric. There isnt any ingredient for weight loss of 6 pounds in 7 days or 30 pounds in a month as advertised. They set up a call with me to discuss my weight loss and they never called and I am unable to get in touch with them.

      Im requesting my funds/refund back at this time. At this time, I have not received my order (#*****) after paying $314.58. At this time was when I found out that the Commercial I saw, lead by ***** ******* was fake AI-generated celebrity endorsements, and high-pressure sales tactics. After that, when I called the number listed from my Banks transaction Details window for Cartpanda Prozenith *************) it said that at 2:15pm CST, they were experiencing extensive calls, and had me waiting after 60 calls. But when the 10 minute count down, concluded, another message was there, saying that Cartpanda Prozenith is closed, and is open from 8:00am to 8:00pm. Nothing more was said.

      I ordered prozenith on 817 2025 and received it in the mail two days ago. It is not what it claims to be. It is nothing turmeric and turmeric ingredients. The refund policy is complete BS and all they try to do is have you take coaching classes !! I might include that the actual coaching session I was supposed to have was canceled by the actual coach because she said she had an emergency. This was the free coaching session that came with ordering prozenith ! Ive seen a lot of complaints not just on here, but on other website forms of the same issue. I ordered mine from the official site, sothere was no issue with third-party sellers, and all I received was a bottle of turmeric and turmeric ingredients it is nothing like what it says. I didnt have any issues with fake return addresses. I didnt let it get that far when they started trying to offer me classes and givingme the runaround I went straight to the Better Business Bureau. And whats even more pathetic is that ***** ******* is promoting this product. Thats how I out about it And I went to the official website that she is promoting along with this doctor and its all a scheme.

      I ordered 3 bottles of what was advertised as the 4 ingredient formula for the Pink Salt Trick weight loss program. Testimonies from ***** ******* and others, physicians, scientists appeared in the advertising. I paid $207 for the bottles. What arrived were bottles of turmeric and not the advertised product. I immediately contacted the company by email and requested a refund, stating I would return the product. They had offered a money-back guarantee. They responded by stating that the other ingredients were actually included in the capsules. I indicated I just wanted to return the product and receive a refund. Days later I received an email response offering to refund 50% of money paid and I could keep the product. I did some additional research on company/product and discovered this was probably a scam situation so I reported this to BBB scam. I decided to accept the 50% refund and chalk it up to a valuable ****** learned. The response I received to my aacceptance was an email telling me they had a better dealI could keep the product and they would apply my $207 to personal coaching to achieve weight loss. I replied no thank you just give me the refund which I expect within the week. I received no refund or response. I emailed again requesting my refund and still no reply.

      On June 27th I purchased Prozenith for $221.49. After using the product I decided it did not work for me and emailed asking for a refund. 7/22- received an email asking for more details 7/22-replied that I did not like the taste 7/25-I received an email saying they would refund me 50% and I could keep the product 7/25-I agreed that would be fine 8/8-emailed that I had not received my refund or a response back 8/13-emailed that I had not received my refund or a response back 8/16-emailed that I had not received my refund or a response back I am writing you so that others are not out the money that I am.
