  DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM! I did and ordered a 3-month supply for $192.49. I foolishly hoped it would work to get rid of my tinnitus, and did not do my due diligence. If I had, I never would have ordered this phony product. I contacted the company several times by email. The first time, I agreed to continue using the product for at least 60 days. They agreed to extend my guarantee to 90 days. After the allotted time was up (70 days), I emailed and asked for a refund, as the product did NOTHING. That's when they offered a 50% back WITHOUT NEEDING TO RETURN THE PRODUCT.. When I declined, they offered me a 60% instant refund. Again, I declined. I was told that I would have to return all 3 bottles at my cost. And that the 90-day refund policy did not accept refunds for opened bottles. WHO DOES THAT? Not any reputable company I've ever dealt with. RED FLAGS: 1. Despite stating that Cortexi had a proprietary blend of herbs, it tasted only of water and sweetener. Any other herbal supplement I have taken has some bitter aftertaste.2. When I requested a full refund after 70 days, they extended two "offers". To get an immediate refund of 50% without having to return the product. When I declined, they offered me a 60% refund, same terms. Again, I refused.3. I was then told that the 90-day Money Back Guarantee did not accept opened bottles and I would have to return all the product. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

  *** Cortexi product which claims to eliminate Tinnitus appears to be a total HOAX. *** product did not work at all for me. Furthermore, the product is sold through Global Commerce out of ********** who is a partner in this effort to steal customers money. In addition, the Cortexi marketing claims are a lie and the Global Commerce Support Team are part of the fraudulent company. To be specific: *** marketing claims that the formula will eliminate Tinnitus after 14 days of usage, but suggests that further gains in brain clarity will be noticed if used for a full two months, and all the changes will be permanent if used for 3 months. Living with Tinnitus is terrible so I purchased 3 months for $177. *** marketing also boasts a money back guarantee. After 10 days of use I emailed Global Commerce support to tell them that my tinnitus had not yet been relieved, but I was still excited to reach 14 days as that was the Cortexi promise. ***n I was told by return email that, contrary to what the marketing claimed, it would take 3 months before the Cortexi would relieve the tinnitus, and by the way would I like to buy more bottles. I said not at this time. I went on taking the Cortexi for just over 3 months with no improvement in my tinnitus. I emailed Global Commerce and told them I was very disappointed that the Cortexi did not work and I wanted my money back. ***n I was told the money back gaurantee expires at 2 months. I said you told me it wouldn't work till 3 months, and I wanted it to work, so why would I return it at 2 months. ***y said sorry but that's when the warranty ends. It's bad enough that it doesn't work, its criminal that they don't give you a refund after it clearly doesn't work. ~******

  Would give zero stars if I could. Bought six month supply. Gave a hide my email address. Proceeded to be inundated with health scam spam at that address. Have used it as directed for six months with no discernible improvement to my tinnitus AFAICT. Fool me once.

  I bought into the idea with a large purchase of six bottles plus the supplements they say I need to take as well. The Cortexi made my ears ring so bad I had to seek ******** care. The company claims refunds are given but they find excuses not to refund you. Its a scam plain and simple.

  I was fooled, too. Ordered the three-bottle supply. Took it daily as directed. Remember, on the video the salesman says, "I promise, you'll see results in three weeks." I noticed no difference in my tinnitus after 30 days using the product. Nothing. I sent in a request for a refund and received no reply. This is a bogus product, and they are likely making millions defrauding people who are desperate for results.

  Bought this hoping for some relief but it did nothing. My ringing got worse and My virago showed up that is how I knew it doesn't work. I called to get a refund within the sixty days I had been using it but I was off a few days from the order date. They wouldn't give a refund. I would suggest to not buy any of there products.

  I have hearing loss and tinnitus so was interested in this advertisement of a supplement that would cure these conditions. I began to fill out the online form to purchase, and before I could even complete the form I started receiving phone calls from sales agents for the product - no less than three calls in five minutes. I thought I should check if this was a scam so searched online for "***************************** cortexi scam". I found the search results filled with advertisements in multiple new sources posted as "reviews" sewhich were thinly-disguised advertisements for the product. Then I found the BBB review and complaints that this product was a scam. As a result I did not complete the order, but it appears from this BBB complaint that many people have been defrauded of their hard-earned money.

  I ordered 3 bottles of Cortexi on 10-12-23 to help with my tinnitus. I followed the instructions to the letter and have a couple weeks left of my 3rd bottle. This product is a SCAM. It did not help with my tinnitus AT ALL. I failed to request a refund before the 60 days was up but I wanted to let your company know that your product DOES NOT WORK!!! Buyer beware!!!

  I stupidly placed an order after seeing an ad on the weather channel. Hours after I placed the ad, they called me about my order. They already had my information and wanted to ask me a couple of questions. At the end of our conversation, they wanted to sell me something else! I said NO! They immediately hung up. Looking at my PayPal account, I realized that they charged me for an additional item. I called the number associated with my bill on the PayPal charge and they wanted more information. I only gave our names and product ordered and I offered her the billing ID attached to the purchase. She said she needed more than that and when I refused to give her more personal information, she said she cant help me. I told her I was very upset by this entire purchase and that I wanted to cancel the entire order. . She said she couldnt help me.This is all clearly a scam and I was stupid for being a part of it.Sincerely, Regretful Customer
