  Buyers beware! Cortexi is not a good company to deal with! I order the product that is guaranteed to stop ringing in my ears. Instead of it stopping the ringing it has gotten worse. I stopped using it after one bottle because of it making the ringing worse. Cortexi stated a money back guarantee. I sent the unused product back to them with tracking. It was placed in the same box with all the bottles that were not opened with the bubble wrap that was on them when Cortexi sent me the package. I even added additional packing. They received the package and after telling me that it would take up to 14 days to process a refund they are now telling me that it will take 30 days. This is ridiculous. Don't buy from this company! They do not process a refund in a timely manner as they should since they guaranteed the product to work and it doesn't. I should not have to wait 14 day or even 30 days to get a refund on a product that was guaranteed by them and was shipped back exactly like they stated it to be shipped back. Save yourself the aggravation of dealing with this company!

  This whole thing is just a scam. I emailed them to see if I could add a review of the product on their website that claims over ***** positive reviews and their answer was that they are not taking reviews. So the ***** positive reviews is just a lie, there are plenty of negative reviews outside of their website but they manufactured a bogus argument that if you don't buy Cortexi direct from their website you are getting an inferior product but this is all part of the scam.I tried the product for 45 days and it does not work. I am an idiot.These are white collar criminals. They should be taken to civil and criminal court.*********************

  I would have given this product a zero star, but my only option was a 1 star. Beware this is a scam. Product does not work and the money back guarantee is false. I was on the phone with them this morning 2/10/24 for 45 minutes. First call I left my number for a call back. When they called back and I answered they hung up on me. Called back and spoke to a *****. After 20 minutes on the phone with *****, he was getting me the refund of $294.00 and then they hung up on me again. I called back and I must have went to a higher tier and now I am only receiving a $176.40 refund because I could not send back the full product. SCAM!! Do NOT order this product. Used it from January 1st to February 9th. No change in the ringing in my ears or any improvement to my hearing. Sad that people get away with these scams. What is our world coming too.

  I was told to use the product for 60 days and it had a money back guarantee but when I called said it was out of warranty and could not get a refund! When asking for a manager was told I would be escalated and called back within 72 hours but never called back

  I took, should have checked these reviews as I'm having the side effect of diarrhea without any lessoning of my Tinnitus. When, Tinnitus is so bad, you'll try anything and, they know this, thus, the High Pressure Sales. Greed, plain and simple greed of the American dollar. I bet they don't care about these important reviews and, might even be joking right now about this, as, they got their money on the backs of suffering people like me and obviously most folks....

  They say you have to try it for 90 days to get the full benefit. You have to return it within 60 days for a refund. It takes 2 weeks to arrive. So, that's 45 days to try what they say takes 90 days to work. It wasn't working, so I decided to return it within the 60 days... Being absolutely clear on my message that I am doing a money back return... they reply with, "How can we help?" and "we need some more information". So, I make everything clear again. They say "You really need to use it for the full 90 days to get the results". I remind them the guarantee is out of time. They extend the trial time for 4 more weeks... Still not working for me. Try to return again... they reply with, "How can we help?" and "we need some more information". Because of my persistence they ask; "Would you be willing to receive a 50% return to avoid having to go to the post office and return the product etc.?..." Bottom line: Doesn't work, you have to jump through multiple hoops to get your "Money back Guarantee."

  According to them , many their customers noticed improvements in ear buzzing just after week or two of using Cortexi! What a joke!!I purchased 3 bottles and after 3 months, not a slithest improvement in my ear buzzing! They were so sweet, smooth and convincing selling Cortexi , they even offer money back guarantee if no results achieved. But once you report there's no results and you want money back, customer service and support does not exist anymore ! Such a waste of my money!!

  I have dealt with tendinitis for decades. Promo caught my attention so l listened for full spiel, at least half an hour. I decided to try since my ears ring constantly. As soon as I provided credit card information to pay my credit card company alerted me to the fraud. Had to cancel and get new card.
