    I was supposed to get a partial refund a month ago. They have not credited my credit card and it's been a month and a half. This product does not work at all, and I hope people will come here and read the reviews before they purchase, not only that the customer service is non existent.

    This product did nothing for me. I discontinued using it after 60 days. I would advise anyone who are thinking of purchasing, DON'T DO IT!! This stuff is a total scam. I too would love to have my money refunded.

    I purchased Cortexi in July 2023 for ear health, not for tinnitus from an impressive add. They did mess up my order and billed twice which they later refunded. My real complaint is the outcome. My ear sensation was at the least very minimum to nonexistent. I did not consider myself to be with Tnnitus. I was trying to take care of my overall health with a ************** of lifestyle (head to toe) which included trying this ear supplement as a preventative measure. In September ************************************************* my head following by a cooling sensation (approximately 2 weeks later). I called their customer service and was told the only complaint was that the product made them tired and perhaps the product was too strong. However, customers love the product. Lies!! Deceivers! They gave me the email to report it with the symptoms I was experiencing. Provided details to this email several times with no response on report of my symptoms up until today of my writing this complaint 3/16/24. The response invites you to provided updates as the only response. Terrible! I had wanted to know if my symptoms could be related to use of this Cortexi product that works on the cortex of the brain for ear health, hearing and tinnitus. I was floored with dissatisfaction and regret it to this day dealing with these symptoms. I regret trying this product.

    SCAM! WHITE COLLAR INTERNET SCAMMERS!!! WHEN IS THE GOVERNMENT GOING TO SHUT THEM DOWN?!I was "FORTUNATE" to receive this #$&*! product in a week. I took it immediately..from that point on..THE RINGING GOT LOUDER!!! Diarrhea, nausea, vertigo!THEY EVEN USED GOD TO ****** THIS SCAM IN THEIR ADVERTISEMENT!!!! Well, I thank God this happened to me sooo fast! By Googling the BBB specifically, I found ALL THESE REVIEWS! Unlike their ******* reviewers and their ad, ALL COMPLETELY BOGUS..I found REAL people, SUFFERING people..like me, having the same experience with this BOGUS PRODUCT! I WILL NOT be financially ripped off as well as having my symptoms made worse! I called my credit card company who couldn't believe ANYONE could sink so low as to defraud people that have a SIREN IN THEIR HEAD 24/7! The credit card company put in a "fraudulent claim" and assured me they would NOT let this happen to me. It takes a very special type of criminal to be able to do this to people.People desperate. People looking for some relief, some peace.I see a most recent set of responses here on the BBB from Cortexi dated 2/23/24 on, to TRY to recover from this BLAST of TRUTH....NICE TRY!Here's what's GOING TO HAPPEN NEXT....someone" is going to have this stuff TESTED!!!! Let's find out what they REALLY have us putting in our bodys! I originally research the ingredients. MOST of those ingredients should have had a flavor, yet this stuff just tasted like sugar water with maybe a slightly thicker consistency..curious..Sugar water doesn't make the sound louder, nor give me diarrhea, nausea or vertigo!WHAT IS IT THAT WE PUT IN OUR BODYS?We The People, might need to take this into our own hands and stop waiting for the government to step in...testing costs from $200 - $1500..just sayin'...FDA...free for poisonous reaction?As for the review here on 2/25/24 that was the ONLY positive, the BBB didn't come up in my ****** search on Cortexi's guarantee - until he made that post..curious

    I felt compelled to leave a review after reading some of the others in this thread. I purchased Cortexi late November 2023 and I did not use it due to my doctor stating that it could possibly interfere with some of my other medications, so it sat on my shelf for 2+ months. I happened to come across it yesterday and reminded me that I still needed to return my order, but I realized I was over the 60 day guarantee. I found this BBB thread by googling "Cortexi 60 day money back guarantee" and saw the comments below, and I did not think the likelihood of getting a refund past the 60 days was very good. But I must say that when I called their customer service, I was pleasantly surprised. The agent was very helpful and understanding, she was able to extend my guarantee and accept my return. I think they must have changed their policy on the guarantee recently because the agent mentioned that they were getting some feedback and they can make certain exceptions. Or maybe it was just luck of the draw, but I am happy with the outcome and how my request was handled by this representative. For that, I will leave a 5 star review!

    A TOTAL SCAM!! It doesnt do nothing. They only take your money!! It doesnt cure tinnitus, it makes it WORSE. They dont deliver what they promised in their add, they dont refund your money. The government should *** them, take them out of business and make return the money they have taken from people. Government PLEASE STOP them and make justice!!

    My experience with this product is IT DOES NOT WORK, in any shape or form. After clearing usiing with my doctor, who kind of smirked when he saw it, I proceeding with the suggested daily regimented use for 90 days. There was absolutely NO improvement in my condition. I contacted the company for a refund but was told I had exceed the 60 day return policy and would not receive a refund for the failed product. Mine you I have a ********************************************************************************************* anyway. After multiple attempts for a refund failed I've decided to help others as best I can with their decision to purchase this product and that would be you most likely will be very disappointed.

    First there is mo ?? risk free because they require you to pay return shipping. I suggest you empty all bottles in return so you are not paying for weight.Additionally they contacted me from customer support directly to review well before I even got the product.The product took a long time to arrive.After taking 3 days my discomfort and ringing became so much worse I had to medicate to calm my brain from all the noise. I am exhausted as it made sleep impossible.I can not recommend this product or the company misleading practices.
