    I order 6 bottles from a video on ******** and it stated a 90 day refund. 2 1/2 months later it still had not helped. I contacted cortexi and they said i was passed the 60 days and could not get a refund. i am so dissapointed in this company for not being on the level. I would not give a rating on this company for anything!

    A total waste of $317. Use of this product had absolutely no effect on my condition and, despite my attempt to obtain a refund (I was told that I was beyond the 60 day window) I received no refund. My first call resulted in a suggestion that I should continue usage as the results sometimes took longer! "Caveat Emptor" - My experience with ******* was a complete waste!

    My letter to CORTEXI: I'm about to finish the third bottle and see no changes at all in my ears buzzing; it's still terrible and debilitating. Product description say that some people experienced improvement in as little as one week. Unfortunately, I "must" be the one??, that it doesn't work. However, reading opinions and reviews, not necessarily the ones from the official site of Cortexi, many people are dissatisfied, feel cheated and rip-off; many people claimed the refund. I have to express my extreme dissatisfaction after I trusted this wonderful presentation of the product that "DOES NOTHING". The money I paid for the 3 bottles is just a big waste for me. I was drinking the liquid like I was putting the drops of water into my mouth. Please, refund my purchase, as it is stated in your promise. Even though it says "60-day money-back guarantee", but this is tricky, and you would suggest me to finish the third bottle, after which the MONEY-BACK PROMISE will expire.     I ordered 9 bottles of this so that my husband and I could try it. I was confident but I was very wrong. This product did NOTHING to help either one of us. When I tried to return the product on 4/4 that I began using immediately upon receipt on 2/22 I was told that it was too late to return. Please ********************** on this.

    This company is not what is advertises. Took the product as directed and absolutely did not work. I contacted the company for the money back guarantee and was told to try it longer. When I said no worried they were trying to get pass the 60 day **** they offered 50% of my money back. They said it would save having to go to the post office. They do not advertise on there website that the product has to be sent back for a full money back guarantee. After I said no to that, then they offered 65% money back. This is a scam and a game they play to keep your money for a product that does not work. I wished I had read the reviews in BBB before I purchased the product.
