    It does not work as promised. No effect at all on tinnitus. Used for 60 days Just another person/company getting wealthy on real people problems. Bad people ! Bad company!

    Bought six bottles and having been taking Cortexi for five months. No improvement. Still have ringing of ears. I believe the product is a scam because they said 100% success. I have noticed no change or improvement in my tinnitus. Do not recommend this product.

    If I could, I would choose ZERO STARS!!!! I also took the Cortexi product for 60 days as instructed for tinnitus I did not notice a change so on day 59, I emailed to get instructions about how to return and get a refund for the 6 bottles that I received. **************** is nonexistent. I have had ZERO response from this company after 3 attempts to initiate a return and refund per their 60-Day .Money Back Guarantee. Meanwhile I get marketing emails from them every day. I am writing so that others will not get sucked in by their apparently phony guarantee. Note: They upsell the customer at the end of the order also., urging the necessity of continuing to take this supplement to keep the symptoms at bay. It doesn't work.

    I returned products for a full refund as specified in Cortexi's return policy and after three months still do not have the $276.95 refund owed me. I would strongly urge you not to order products from this business DBA Cortexi, Global Commerce and Buygoods.

    Took Cortexi tinnitus liquid supplement for 60 days as instructed. Does not work! They claim that they will give you refund if it doesn't work and they will not give you a refund.
