  I bought three bottles of Cortexi in May. Ive taken one dose a day with absolutely no result. I read that six months gives the best results but that hasnt been true for me. I sent an email to see about getting a refund, but was politely told that it had to be requested within 60 days. That seemed counterintuitive to me. Youd think if the product would work, giving it MORE time would be advantageous, but no, Im out of luck. To be fair, their website did say to request a refund within 60 days, so its my fault for not following the instruction. I see other comments here saying they were given the runaround when requesting a refund within the time frame. There is no winning!I was looking for a miracle for tinnitus. Im stunned to see people have written how much more alert they feel taking Cortexi, how their brain fog is gone etc. I felt no different in that area either. Is it for tinnitus or is it a miracle energizer and immune booster?? Its highly overrated.

  The guy who allegedly invented the wonder medicine claims to have cured his own Tinnitus in weeks. So I wanted to purchase the two month supply because if it worked for him in weeks, why not just get the two bottles just in case. Well, I chatted with a customer service rep who said most people dont get the results until 6 months. They sounded confident despite me pointing out what the inventor claimed and was talked into buying the 6 months supply. I finished the 6 months and there has been ZERO difference!! I reached out to their customer support and was toldSorry, we can only do refunds within the 2 months. Ill be lodging a complaint with the BBB. Do NOT waste your time with this scam, it doesnt work!

  This Cortexi product is a scam! I purchased three bottles and used one. I called to get my money back but was talked into just a 50% refund. When the second bottle didn't do anything I called back to get the rest of my money but they said no way! Do not fall for this gimmick! It does absolutely NOTHING to stop the ringing in your ears! If I could give it a zero star rating I would! Don't fall for it!!!!!!!

  It's a scam I went through 2 bottles and it did absolutely nothing. No change in my hearing what so ever. When I tried to return it the women hung up on me. I purchased directly from the company.

  This product is a scam. Before I placed my order I was told there is a money back guarantee, which is not true. When I called about returning the product the woman hung up on me. I am stuck with an expensive product that I am not able to get a refund on. DO NOT purchase this product!!!!!!

  I purchased 6 bottles of Cortexi. The puchase comes with a 60 day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product results, it is advertised that you can receive a full refund within 60 days. However they use the date you ordered from them NOT the date you receive product. After taking the product as instructed on the bottle, I was not seeing results and called Cortexi to find out how to return the product. I was told it may take longer than 60 days and to continue taking it. However, if you do that, the refund no longer applies. The dosage on the bottle appears to be different than their website. When the dosage on the bottle did not work, I tried the website dosage. I ultimately discovered that one of the bottles was broken and I did not discover that until I removed it from the bubble wrap as the are individually wrapped. I called and emailed. I was originally informed I would receive a refund, I was later informed after multiple refund inquiries that I would receive a new bottle.. When I received the new bottle, the product tasted totally different. So, I compared the labels and they were still the same. That scared me and I called and emailed customer service. The representative said she would call me back by 10:00 AM the day of my call and that never happened. Ultimately I was informed the ingredients in the new bottle may taste different? If so, I asked why the labels were the same. I am mailing the bottle back but the Company is refusing to refund the money and offered a replacement bottle. I had also called ClickBank who issues refunds but was instructed to call the vendor. So, they put you in a loop.

  Buyer Beware! I purchased 4 bottle of Cortexi 4 months ago. I originally was ordering 1 bottle to try, but read on their website, that a fair trial is at least 60 days, so I ordered 3 more bottles. I called today to inquire about the full refund and was told I was beyond the 60 days. I told ******* that their website claimed that 2-3 months was a fair trial. She told me that 60 days is for the refund, but they can extend it up to 90 days. At 120 days I was beyond the refund period, and was not *********** a refund. She apologized and that was the end of the phone call. This product did not work for me as advertised, so beware before trying Cortexi.

  DONT BUY THIS!! IMO this could be a dangerous product. Tracking this company is nearly impossible, the address is a suite, everything indicates that its made offshore and ***************************** the scientist doesnt appear to actually exist. **************** is not credible. Considering everything I just hope that I dont go into kidney failure after taking this product for three months.Initial recommendations were to take for 3 to 6 months. I purchased a 90 day supply with a 30 day guarantee, hoping I would see some result. After 30 days with no change I decided to continue taking it for 90 days and write off the $185.00. My tinnitus might be a little bit quieter, and Im desperate so I decided to purchase an additional three months. I had apprehensions about the lack of a BBB accreditation, the inability to nail down *****************************, the actual manufacturing plant etc, and ambiguous dosing requirements so I sent an email to ***************************** at the address he used for my order. A shyster from an offshore call center called me back within a few hours. He was a heavy-handed, offered me a $30 discount if I ordered through him. He claimed that I would have a 100% resolution of my tinnitus within the six month period of time just like he did. Since droppers dont fill in a conform manner (a dropper full is confusing) I asked him for clarification. He was sticking to the script and didnt answer. I knew that credible providers gave specific dosing instructions, ie number of drops. I should have known better.I have a real problem with offshore call centers wanting my credit card number so I hung up. If ***************************** called me I might take it againbut I know that whoever owns this company made a whole bunch of money so far. They could have made billions if it wasnt a scam. Some people think small.

  Cortexi does not back up its 60-day return guarantee. I returned 9 bottles to Cortexi's return center 2 weeks ago. The **** tracking showed the package was delivered to the correct address given by Cortexi customer service. It has been 2 weeks and no refund has been given. Their website states that refunds are issued 48 hours after the returned product has been received. They do not honor their word. If the address of the return center before placing my order I would have checked it out and seen that this company has a poor reputation. I fulfilled my part now do yours by refunding my money.**
