    I was having some hearing problems and use a hearing aid. I bought this hoping to improve my hearing, and after using it for about 14 days, I've noticed some good improvements so far, but hope there is more to come. There have been no side effects to report either, which is a relief. I plan to continue taking it in hopes of seeing even more of a difference.Additionally, I was very pleased with their customer service. They were attentive and supportive, answering all my questions promptly. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this product and the support I've received. Four stars!

    I've been using these liquid drops to help with my tinnitus, and I'm quite impressed with the results. After a few weeks, I've noticed a significant reduction in the ringing in my ears, which has made a huge difference in my daily life. Would recommend it - Five Stars!

    ************** watching a commercial on my computer, I decided to purchase six bottles of ZenCortex to help with ringing in my left ear. I placed the order on April 18, 2024. A week later I received the product, however, there were 12 bottles, and I did not buy 12 bottles. I immediately began taking it twice daily. So far, I can't tell the difference. Today (5/24), when I opened my credit card statement, there were two payments for ZenCortex. You were not authorized to change my order and bill me for your benefit. That IS NOT good business practices and I consider myself SCAMMED because you will not answer the telephone to discuss my concerns AND dissatisfaction. Unless you change your business model and truly put CUSTOMERS FIRST, you will not survive. Word of Mouth, which is helpful up or down, will sink you and perhaps rightly so.

    I took exactly as directed. Absolutely zero difference. Wish I wouldn't have gotten sucked in for the extra bottles at a "discounted rate." Unfortunately for me, I got the product and went on a vacation, so I missed the supposed window for return.Word to the wise: Save your money!

    Overall, I am very pleased with this product. I have been dealing with tinnitus for the past 18 years. During this time, I have undergone acoustic therapy for six years. The combination of this therapy and ****** has significantly helped reduce the volume of the ringing in my ears. I would recommend this combination to help with tinnitus.

    I purchased the product, and it does not work. Tried to contact company and is out of business as far as I have been able to find. Phone # I had no longer works. Web sites no longer exist.I Do not know who these people are leaving reviews and how they contacted Cortexi. I had ful contact for 2 months.

    This product, Cortexi, cannot help my medical issue "Meniere's Disease". This condition cannot be cured. My sister purchased six bottles of Cortexi 4284-KETODROP-123. She did this thinking she had found a cure for my issue. I knew nothing of her purchase until she dropped it off at my house. I asked my doctor about Cortexi and he stated it would not help with "Meniere's Disease. Under his advice, I did not use any of the product . I called customer service and spoke with ***** who said there was nothing he could do since we were past the 60 day return period. I asked to speak with a supervisor but ***** said none was present since he, *****, worked from home in **********. This product is of no use to me, a total waste of $300 dollars. I hereby request a full refund for Order #6GUZ10LT6 -sincerely, *******************, brother of purchaser E.E.

I do see here that you were in fact given a full refund for your purchase on May 14, 2024. It looks like we received it back at our shipping facility.     They represent that they would refund 100% in full any returned bottles. My daughter's doctor recommended against using it. I bought 3 bottles but we returned 1 unopened bottle and they have not given a reimbursement. We ******* it back in March as instructed and are confident they have received it and have misrepresented their policy. I have emailed them many times and rarely get a response back (only automated ones). Once I had told them I was going to dispute with my bank, they instantly emailed me back asking for tracking number which I no longer had since I had sent it back a while ago! Horrible product and horrible customer service. Do not spend a dime on this product!
