      *********originally services were through ***. I chose to pay for a prepaid plan when the phone was abruptly turned off. Payments had been debited out my account for months. Just recently found out the phone had been turned off again! When I spoke with customer service on Friday 11/15 I was told to wait 48 hours for services to be restored. On 11/18 I was told services would be restored that day. Spoke with a second ****** that day, was told it would be restored the following day due to a system error; Excess Telecom was in the progress of switching their current system. Before that call I was told there was nothing in system under the information given. Called today 11/19, was told by two representatives that the phone was turned off due to nonpayment. I presented a receipt number only to be told that they couldnt see that information. I have been lied to a countless number of times over the past several days! I despise companies that prey on ********** families! I just want to be refunded,I will take my business elsewhere!

      **** ******* is a complete idiot. what a horrible experience. He took over 15 minutes to just verify my account information. When he finally got to my question he didnt even want to assist me. He just sent a pre formatted answer and then wanted to end the chat. How can anyone call this acceptable behavior to interface with customers.

      Elesier from excess was highly knowledgeable and helpful. The company seems to want to help me catch and fix the hacking issue or piggyback off there net work along with take the time to assist me to update information.

      **************** is always polite when i talk to them. Unfortunately i have been waiting 6 months to receive a tablet that i ordered and paid for at the beginning of the year. Every time i talk to customer service they are polite and say they will escalate this issue to the designated team. Nothing has actually been resolved as i still dont have my device. Also they have a hard time finding my order or i dont exist in their system and need to show proof of my purchase every time i talk to customer service. This last time i was deactivated because i haven't been using the service.... that i havent received my device for. **************** representative has fixed this issue and has again escalated this to the designated department. Again.
