      They have wonderful savings and games bonuses and giveaways it's so much more then a mobile phone company in a great way

      They seem to be fairly good with their customer service. I don't have a phone to put my chip in yet so I've not had the pleasure of using their system.

      I'VE HAD THEIR SERVICE FOR ALMOST A YEAR NOW AND I HAVE TO SAY THEY ARE PRETTY GOOD MY ONLY PROBLEM IS SOMEHOW MY PHONE/ SERVICE/ ACCOUNT WITH THEM GOT ACTIVATED BY SOMEONE ELSE & WHOEVER THAT PERSON IS ALSO RECEIVED MY FREE TABLET! I CAN'T LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY KEEP SAYING I HAVE A " DUPLICATE ACCOUNT" ONLY TODAY IS THE VERY FIRST TIME I'VE BEEN ON THEIR WEBSITE.THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME AND MY BEST REGARDS ***** L *******

      ***** was so very helpful and answered all my questions. So very happy soon I will be able to get phone service again. So very thankful. Excess I feel saved my life. Qlink Wireless just dumped everyone with no notice. Thank you Excess Telecom.

      I think Excess perks are great! Everything has been good for me so far. I haven't had any complaints or problems. I love it!

      They were helpful, but I was upset to find out, it will take more than 14 days for my new SIM card! I didnt even know my phone service had been changed. Not a very good way to do business, if you ask me!
