      Has been consistently effective in reconnecting and staying connected as well as addressing aany concerns. Especially appreciated in an area notoriously predated by companies promising one thing and delivering another. **************** solved issue quickly and was a human to boot.

      I have my lifeline service through excess Telecom. They provided me with a tablet and internet service each month which I could elect to use on a phone if I choose. I'm so grateful to have this service available as it definitely helps me to keep in touch with important information online especially when I'm on the road. Connection has been reliable and customer service chat online is excellent and reliable. Takes a while to get connected to a person if you call in but I did once and they answered all my questions. I recommend this service and company. Oh they also have reward giveaways which is so great to have a chance to win some excellent prizes! Just another perk that they offer which is so nice to be able to possibly win gift cards, money etc.

      When I first started the conversation, I was upset because Ive been waiting for a while, but ***** the customer service representative really Took good care of me, answered all my questions and concerns,I truly understand now I honestly wanted to terminate the service and not deal with excess telecom but because of her, Im staying with the company.
