      I have this phone for a few years lifeline. I qualify for the free service never had an issue last night. They suspended my service without a warning. I contact them. It was not resolved, and my phone remains suspended. Unless I pay them more over. I qualify as a disabled person for free lifeline Right now I do not have any service if I have any emergency I am unable to contact anyone it is and I did not even get an exclamation except if I want it, give them money to pay for more service. Explain this is a free phone service? Why should I give them any money , more than qualify hopefully someone can do something about this and my service is restore

      My phone wouldnt charge so I had no way to recertify. They refused a new phone or to reactivate my phone. Said their system was down.

      Customer support was so amazing and so fast resolved my problems in a matter of minutes and had my new phone in Sim card and the process of being shipped out and here in seven days ***** was a six star at a five stars
